I've been going to university physicians for many years. Most of the doctors are very good. The main issue here is the staff. My primary care doctor retired and they never bothered telling me. When I called for an appointment, they informed me that my doctor was no longer there and I would need to wait months to be seen by a new doctor. The staff can be very rude whether you're checking in or contacting them on the phone. Asking them to send in a prescription sounds like a major effort on their part. Maybe they're overworked but if they don't want to do their job, maybe it's time to find a new occupation. I recently switched to a new office. There is too much competition in the medical field to tolerate the poor attitudes at university physicians. read more
