She explained everything so well and was extremely kind. The spinal tap procedure had a small complication. The first site was too painful due to his nerve being too exposed; so Brody, the nurse practitioner, had a move to a second site. So grateful that everything was done extremely professionally; and my husband and I would definitely recommend this team again.

I had to cancel my test because I had no faith or trust in this facility or their staff! I felt confident they would violate HIPAA laws and that they had zero respect for their patients. I filed a complaint with Leslie's supervisor and she said it was just a big misunderstanding and that Leslie was just attempting to get my doctor's office to expedite the request. I said if you told me I was incompetent you would be last in line and certainly not first! She said did you say that?! I said NO! I love my doctor I would never speak badly about him or his staff! She said well I'm sure it was just Leslie trying to help you. The supervisor did nothing!!!!! I reached out to the director and he never returned "any" of my calls! Don't use this facility!!!

I was able to go with her to her appointments at the Morristown office on Merchants Green and was thrilled with the personal care and attention she received. I had been in healthcare, and gone to many office visits with family and friends, but had never experienced such genuine concern and detailed instructions as were given by Brittany and Catherine Montoto!. They are the BEST at what they do. Due to such experience and care, my friend can go to bed at night knowing her sugars are being monitored and managed by a fine group of people. She also got superb instructions on her insulin pump from Jacob. I highly recommend this group for your care! Thanks to all of you from the bottom of my heart Also, I'm including the office staff! They have an attached parking garage and the center will validate your parking ticket. The check in process feels a little impersonal. The wait was a little lone, but once I was called back to a changing room things went quickly and efficiently. The center offers the latest in 3D mammography, which is fantastic. She was also kind and helpful and even was ready to explain where local pharmacies were how long they would take to drive to and what time they opened at. Nobody wants to go to the doctor on vacation but if you need to these guys were fantastic and quick to get you on with your vacation!

I have gone here twice now for CT imaging. The first time they stuck me 6 times to get the IV in…read morefor contrast. I left looking like a drug user. They were unsuccessful in inserting the IV. I left with many needle marks on me as well as bruises. Their response was to reschedule and do it all over again. My cancer Dr suggested this time to come to their office to have the IV put in and then drive to the hospital. Since I had chemotherapy in the past and lymph node removal on the right side, an IV is not an option in my RT arm. I received chemo in the left arm which leaves me very limited to where needles can go due to scar tissue in the elbow bend area of the Left Arm. My cancer dr's nurse inserted it in the forearm of my Left Arm due to these reasons. PW imaging room, the lady supposedly flushed my IV before hooking me up to the machine that pumps the contrast. She then had me lay on the table while the CT gave me a couple of commands. She then stated she was about to use the machine to put saline in me. Suddenly it felt like an immense burst of pressure was being pushed through my IV. It blew the IV out of my vein and immediately swelled up my arm. I was in extreme pain and my arm was burning. I asked if it was normal and she said no that my IV blew. I made a brief statement that the machine pressure was too much. I was once again told I would just have to reschedule to have it done all over again. I left with no CT scan. Another important fact is that I have no idea if the saline flush was a fresh syringe or not. I have no idea if it was even saline. The lady did not open any fresh medical syringes in front of me or alcohol swab. I have no idea if it was a clean syringe. Looking back she didn't clean the opening area of the IV with alcohol before she supposedly flushed the IV.
