Everytime I come the wait is over 2 hours. The doctor comes to work late Everytime I had an appointment and they over schedule appointments. After they call you to take your vitals don't get exited the wait is still over 30 mins to an hour to see the doctor. Don't go on a day you have something planned. So my prescription for Birth Control ran out, and they told me I had to come in to get more. Keep in my mind I wasn't due for a check up till June 2020. I was pretty annoyed that they had me come in but I went. I made an appointment for 5pm, got there at 5:03pm. I wasn't seen till 5:47pm. So I'm frustrated and ready to leave. I literally need to leave because I have plans and again my routine appointment wasn't until June 2020 so I had expected to be in and out of there. At 5:57 they send some lady in to do a sonogram, I have my period and tell her I rather not because it's my right to refuse and I literally don't need one. After I refuse I her, I can hear her and the other nurses/staff maybe two rooms down talking about me in the most unprofessional manner I have ever experienced at a Doctors office. Saying it's never been a problem before and how I should do it and how annoying I am being about my birth control, you know the thing I was there for that helps me prevent an unwanted pregnancy while I'm in school getting my masters, (the nerve!). Then the Dr comes in, and is a giant Dick! Asks me what birth control I'm taking. I tell him that it's the pill his office prescribed me and that I don't remember the name of it but that it is a pill that is hormonal and I'm taking it everyday at a certain time. He's like "well I'll just prescribe you a low dose of a pill I think will work for you" and I'm like," is it what I'm taking right now?" Then he replies "I don't know because you can't tell me the name". Now tell me how does it make any sense that the Gynecologist at the Doctors office that prescribed my birth control in the first place doesn't know what I'm taking?! Do they not keep records?! It was the dumbest thing I have ever encountered, then instead of me being rude I offer to call my pharmacist or my boyfriend who is home and can read it off for me and he looks defeated, like as if he was defeated in trying to "teach me a lesson!" , it was so insane ! Then guess what !, he looks at my file and finds my prescription (Big fucking surprise!!!) , then get this, he tells me ok I'm going to tell you the name and you should try to remember it.. I wanted to yell at him and tell him" I don't need to because there's fucking records of it at your office, my pharmacist and my fucking insurance that pays for it, I think I'll be ok! But I didn't, instead I just said sure and picked up the phone when my boyfriend called me while he was trying unsuccessfully to lecture me, which was hilarious because he was so angry I picked up the phone. Which gave me great joy! But again super unprofessional nurses and staff, Dick head of a Gynecologist and just the most unpleasant experience. Thankfully I don't have to go back ever again, I'll take my insurances money elsewhere instead. Probably make a complaint too since they only gave me 3 refills of my prescription, when it should of been 6 at least. Oh well, they suck, don't go! You have been warned. . . read more

If you want fast-food type of service at a medical center then this may be the place for you. I went in to see the Dr. approximately 2 weeks ago and after waiting an hr long I finally got to see the nurse who was pleasant and professional. Shortly after the Dr. came in and it was "wam-bam-thank you ma'am". He seemed like he was in a rush to catch a leaving plane. I had this stunned look on my face and had to ask the nurse to give me the "non-McDonald's drive thru experience" by elaborating on what could possibly be my medical condition and everything else the Dr. was too much in a haste to say. My blood test results took longer than I have ever seen and rather than send it over to my primary gynecologists they wanted to schedule an appointment. I take it that they are just about getting as much patients as possible as if they have a quota they need to meet. I will stick to my primary gyno because this was by far the worst. Oh and did I mention they talk to mostly all their patients with the door open I had to ask the nurse to close the door. I guess these professionals fell asleep during their HIPAA training. read more

I came here looking for Dr. Halstead as she came recommended and I wanted a Black GYN but after coming here 3x I have yet to meet her and no one can tell me why. The GYN I did meet is amazing so that's good. The wait is here is very long and inconsiderate of one's time; it's at least 2 hours. I can understand an hour but more than that is ridiculous. There is no social distance and the waiting area has been packed the 3x I have been here. I only give it a 3 because the front desk and entire staff in general have been very pleasant but the wait MY GOSH! I also feel they are outdated especially during the pandemic. I don't understand why I need to come in for results; I can receive it via a video call or email as I have with other providers. Nice people I just HATE THE WAIT. If the wait changed this place would be a 5 star. If you don't mind the wait this is your place but if you're busy like most people this may not be for you. read more

This place is amazingly bad. And it is all due to the front office staff. Especially who runs the operations in the front. Her name starts with a "R". She is rude. She calls everyone honey and sweetheart. She acts so fake when she has to encounter people she does not like. It is like a kick in your face. The people that never work and have workers comp cases who frequent this place. She is not able to think outside of the box. I am not the color of the patients. My blood is the same blood as hers. Why she would act like she is better then everyone in the waiting area and amongst her staff. Sadly the staff that work for her are very nice. I have to work. I fly across seas. I am unable to make a schedule like her normal patients. Many of them are not working at all. In fact the "amazing" pain management Dr only comes in one day a week. So between my schedule and the DRS ... It is very difficult. I could not go tomorrow today because I needed here to be with the Dr. Then be ready. They office will talk about you in Russian right in front of your face. With my name ... They should be careful. I may know everything they are saying. Who knows what is tape recorded. I saw another patient doing that to them.... I am sure when that patient goes to work that would be evidence in court. read more

11 was my appointment and I arrived at 11:09 and I don't get out until 1:30 and that's because I refused to wait any longer... I was the first one there. The doctor is nice but she didn't know how many days 1 month and a half was... then she sends me to drop off papers to the wrong place. Then I have to drop off my urine at the laboratory and they tell me it's in the front when it's in the back. Why am I delivering my urine and documents... and they wanted me to wait on some lady in the laboratory to finish with another patient who is EXTREMELY RUDE... I've never hated a doctors office more than this place. I can't wait until my car is fixed so I can go to my normal gyno. I rather die of a yeast infection than to go back here. read more

This is the worst doctor office i went to ! Currently speaking w my lawyers to take them to court ! First the doctor refused to see me because of my skin color then the supervisor tried to force me to sign illegal documents stating i was having a high risk pregnancy in order for them to discharge me because the doctor didn't want to see me when i confronted her about it she grabbed it out my hand shredded it & threatened to call the cops on me lol the manager then apologized for the supervisor stating on camera that she did give me false documents ! read more

I went to see Dr. Robert Rainer for an annual check-up as well as concerns about my "fibroids" that I was diagnosed with by another doctor in this office. I waited for 45 minutes in the exam room before he even came to see me and that's not including the time I waited in the waiting room. He came in and barely introduced himself before asking how I found him. I told him Zocdoc and he mentioned his amazing reviews on there. He then proceeded to ROUGHLY pull my bra up and "exam" my breast. He did this with no warning and no consent (yes patient consent is a thing, doctor should ask you if its ok if they do something or at the very least, inform you of what they're about to do). He then proceeded to ,again, roughly insert the speculum for a pap smear and after that did ANOTHER transvaginal ultrasound after I had already had one done before going into the exam room. He tells me I have fibroids and I need to do a biopsy to screen for cancer and then discuss removal. He also gave me a card for his website to purchase yeast cream. All of this took place in under 10 mins by the way. He then creepily asked me to say his name (wtf) I just nervously laughed with a puzzled look on my face and he proceeded to leave out the office. I felt uncomfortable with the whole visit from the moment he stepped in the office. I should have spoken up right then and there but hindsight is 20/20. He gives off very creepy vibes and there is no care in his assessments. I ended up going to a specialist and found out I don't even have fibroids, I have Adenomyosis so he would have made me go through with a biopsy for no reason. I will never go back to him and I would never recommend for anyone else to go to him. I don't know how he got so highly rated on Zocdoc but I believe those reviews are questionable. read more

1st I'll start with the positive which is that Dr.Halper seems to be on top of his game. He answers questions, is honest, and is very clear about your health. However, this medical center is A MESS! There is so much disorganization! When you make an appointment, prepare to wait at least an hour before you're seen. The ppl at the desk are professional and clearly do their best, the wait will drive you NUTS! You don't want to cancel because it's your health, at the same time, by the time you see the Dr. You are incredibly frustrated and annoyed. Coming here on a Saturday is unbeleiveable, even if its only for a follow up!...good doctor, horrible place. I recently went to this office and saw Dr. Rainer for a problem I had, the first time I saw him he talked me through the process and told me I had to do a procedure. On the day of the procedure I was told to come in at 11:30, the doctor didn't come in to do the procedure until 1:30. Also while waiting for the doctor I over heard the medical staff talking about how he is always late. 2 weeks after the procedure I had a follow up visit with him to discuss how I was feeling following the procedure. My appointment was 12 and he didn't walk in until 1 and I wasn't seen until 2:15pm. This is really unprofessional and something I wouldn't want to experiencing every time I come see my doctor. I requested a copy of all my medical records and will be going to another doctor. I would tell anyone thinking of going to see this specific doctor to be wary. read more

I moved my mother here because of the assembly line experience my mother had with Dr.Jayasundura across the street. I never regretted it. Besides offering transportation to appointments for my mother the doctors are very attentive and see you within a reasonable time of your scheduled appointments. Since her first doctor at Universal left my mother has been assigned to Dr. Geller. I cannot say enough about this physician. Her "bedside" manners are impeccable, her patience in listening and answering questions are refreshing. But more amazingly, nothing these days shows you how much a doctor cares about their patient than when that doctor offers her personal cell phone to the patient and family members to call for any issues relating to her care. read more

As for me, I watched the place build and couldn't wait for the opening day. I spent the whole summer with the staff in and out and got to know everyone. My experience with the staff was great. All is needed is a Medical Dr. if one isn't there yet, also a Pediatric doctor. Love the place it is very clean also, and not far from home. read more

This doctor office is the worst, the service and wait time is ridiculous. They do not take FSA card which is a flex spending account, their card machine is not working so you are forced to pay cash. You pay 2 separate copays for the Pcp and the gyn. I cancelled the gyn visit due to the wait time and the office attire. The Pcp Dr. Yana Ryzhakova shouldn't even be a doctor, she is rude, impolite, not punctual and inconsiderate. I went for a physical and she did not do anything other than request my blood work, no throat or eye exam etc. I also waited over 3 hours on my first visit for the physical and 1 hour for the results of the physical. The reps and the Mgr all they could tell say was that she was running late and they had the nerve to ask for another copay for the results after I had to wait. Many doctor offices give you a link for your results online, they are money hungry. They over book/over schedule appointments, I went on my lunch break for my results and had to wait over an hour, I'm typing this review as I am waiting for the doctor to show up at the office. If the tables were turned they would charge you a late fee if you are late for an appointment. This office is a joke!! It's small, packed, no Covid guidelines. The patients are giving them their income but instead they treat you like nothing. This entire office need to be shut down. Don't waste your time visiting this office, find a better location. read more

Scam artist. You will feel like you are being hustled from the time you walk in the door and the receptionist tells you that they don't accept cards and directs you to an ATM machine. What doctors office have you been to with a cash only policy? They even charge a copay for your annual visit, which should be free of charge. Then they charge you to come in and hear your results and hustle you into other exams like an Allergy test. A questionnaire that asks silly questions like "Have you ever coughed?". Of course I have, that doesn't mean I need an allergy test. They lie about the severity of your diagnosis so they can schedule costly procedures to help line their pockets. This is unacceptable! Doctor became frustrated when I asked questions, because he's hustling. He had a terrible bedside manner and didn't bother explaining anything. Definitely a fast food, in and out vibe as mentioned by another yelper. Wait time is terrible and the staff is rude and unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE, you have been warned!
