I asked around and nobody could recommend a good painter. I obtained three bids and while Will was not the lowest bid, he was far and away the most knowledgeable about how to make the walls and ceilings look their best. In addition to painting, Will replaced a wood panel wall with drywall and replaced all the door hinges and hardware after he painted them. Part of the challenge was that Will had to paint while another contractor was refinishing the wood floors in the same rooms, and so had to coordinate activities. I have done a lot of house remodeling over the years and usually have a difficult time finding contractors who meet my expectations for quality. Will exceeded my expectations in every way and the house looks awesome! He and his team were great to work with, completed the job within a challenging time period, and his quality of work is outstanding.
