I'd had even gone to the doctor for pulmonary tests which proved I had lost 75% of lung use. So Intoxalock was locking my car out, which means a penalty financially. The DVS reprimanded me by giving another 6 mos. of having to use the Intoxalock for my car. Well thanks to Ted and John that mess was all straightened out.
