This year I realized I need to have some repairs completed as some blinds are sticking and one of the cords popped and stopped working completely. I contacted the west palm beach location initially because I live in West Palm and they politely referred me to this location because they were the ones who originally installed them. This was on a MONDAY, it is now WEDNESDAY and the company refuses to respond to my phone calls, voicemails or emails. I have relentlessly left messages with all the necessary contact information and NO RESPONSE! For THREE DAYS! Today I called the West Palm Beach location again seeing if there was someway that they would be able to help me get in contact with the Royal Palm Beach location and the wonderful employee provided me with the phone number to corporate and stated she would ALSO send an email on my behalf.
