They reply very quickly to emails and calls and they always made me feel important and understood! When I was very nervous about 3 weeks before my wedding, I asked Heather to call me and we discussed our floral plans again. I told her I wanted to add on a couple of pieces, and even with it being last minute, she was super accommodating and was able to add the pieces I wanted! She also totally talked me off the ledge of being stressed out lol, she was a lovely voice of reason and support to me. Heather and her team went above and beyond constantly. Every floral arrangement, from the ceremony, to reception, to the bouquets and boutonnières, every piece was gorgeous and exceeded my expectations!
