He is super professional and friendly. While I went shopping with Josh to make sure the right flooring I wanted was picked, they were able to get a crew out the same day to start demolition. The next day the crew came and started working on the flooring and baseboards. Eric is super courteous by the way he greets and communicates with us. Jordan and Eric went to town making sure the flooring was completed by the end of the day. Overall, for the time frame the job was completed the amount we paid was very reasonable. Wes took a weathered nightmare of a fence and deck and made it beautiful. My only regret about posting a great review is I don't get to keep them exclusively to myself lol. They refurbish and build amazing wood fences. Hard to find these days. They also rebuilt my porch which was full of dry rot and wobbled when you stepped up to the front door. (Scary) I did not have to lead them I just told them what needed to be done and they kicked *** There is still work to be done around this old place when I contacted Wes and told them it was all in desperate need of repair (Turd polishing) haha he took a look at it and came up with a plan. Every neighbor that walked by commented on how lovely the new fence looked. His estimate was spot on and he made us aware of any concerns he had along the way. For example the gate screws were not the correct kind or placed correctly and he changed them so the gate is now very secure. He was willing to seal the fence so it doesn't warp in the sun and heat. His estimate came in much lower than any of the other estimates we received and his work was stellar.

I incorrectly assumed the hourly rate would fall within the parameters of a reasonable rate for an unlicensed handyman. Our bill for 15 hours of work was nearly $2,000 (minus some materials and small trailer rental) with a fixed hourly rate of $130 per hour. Although I appreciate George helping us out with our list of miscellaneous handyman items, we would not have proceeded with the work had we known that the hourly rate was so high.

Years ago I had installed some woodpecker deterrent cables on my chimney.
