So me and my school advisors were in town to attend the PTK Catalyst convention for 4 days so there was thousands of students and advisors and my advisor picked this hotel and I'm so glad she did, such a smooth check in process our rooms were ready for us and the Jazz music was so welcoming. I love how this is a prehistoric building and it had artifacts and history all over the building. The rooms were so nice as well. I had a king size bed with a fridge and so much space, the shower was glass and beautiful. I had a street view and saw all the amazing buildings at night. This location is right in the heart of everything you can explore by just walking around as we did. I ran into two lovely employees here Anita and Pablo, they constantly attended to my needs and they were so sweet, funny and accommodating they made my stay extra pleasant. Whenever I had a question no problem they answered right away. They just had amazing hospitality and I appreciate it so much. They really made my stay much more pleasant because I would chat with them and they would help me around the city and they made me laugh so much. They were so down to earth and yet extremely professional. Kudos you babes you rock! We were attending the convention center close by for all our events and it was only like a 5/7 minute walk which was perfect for me. And like I said the hotel ambiance is immaculate. The jazz music, the piano right in the middle and the views. Love, love, love! I couldn't thank the staff more. And if I'm ever in town again I would stay here again for sure! I also love the old fashioned elevators. Not many people can fit in them but I love the old fashioned feel. And I really enjoyed the fact that at night the doors are locked and nobody without a key can get In, this made me feel extra safe.

It felt more like a dive bar than a classy speakeasy. We stayed here while we were in town for a wedding. The rooms were renovated, but still definitely felt a bit dated! Approaching the hotel, it was looking a bit dated and dirty. The exterior could definitely use a good power washing. But don't let the outside deter you from staying here. I had checked-in online, via their app. All I needed to do was go to the front desk, show my ID and grab my keys. Very easy! The man at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Our room was on the third floor, all the way to one end. We took the elevators only when bringing things in and then back out. Otherwise, the stairs were very easy to use and were carpeted. No echoing as you went up/down them. The room was nicely decorated and cleaned well. The beds were comfortable. No complaints on the room. Breakfast had many options for it being during a pandemic. Bagels, oatmeal, muffins, danishes, yogurt, burritos, fruit, cereals, etc. The man at the front desk seemed to be doing that and breakfast. He was super friendly, greeting everyone and asking how they were doing. But I could tell he was stretched thin. The pool was very small. We wanted to swim with our kids but there were already three families in it totaling about 10 in the pool. No way would we have fit even without a pandemic. Mask wear: All staff were properly wearing masks. Signs were posted throughout the hotel about required mask wearing and social distancing. I'd say 98% of guests I saw, who were not sitting eating breakfast, were wearing masks. There were also hand sanitizer stations throughout the hotel.

(+) Room was spacious and clean (+) Hotel was easy to find and check in was smooth... However I am beginning to think details of a reservation is just overlooked now days. In town for a funeral ..check in was phenomenal the staff member Jordan was super awesome and got us swiftly checked in! (+) Request for down free pillows on every reservation as it's on my Profile for every stay..... Went unrecognized and you guessed it. Feather pillows upon checking them before sleeping. Next stop could have been the hospital...but I don't think they care to recognize that small request. If in the area again I will look to different hotel maybe even different hotel chain even though I am a rewards member. I am starting to question my loyalty to this brand after noticing the recurring problem. (-2) Respectfully, Bryan Moore, Oklahoma

We had never heard of this branch of Best Western before, so we decided to take the risk after the employee we spoke with on the phone was super friendly and helpful--and I'm SO glad we did! When we arrived, Imani was at the front desk and was actually the same person we had spoken with over the phone. She was extremely pleasant, welcoming, and helpful from the second we walked in. She was able to get us checked into our room early and also helped us figure out the parking situation. The parking lot is $30/night and has a gated entry, which was nice for the added security. The ambiance of this hotel is GREAT! It is super aesthetic, modern, and clean. Imani mentioned that they've only been open for about a month or so, and you can definitely tell everything is fresh and well maintained. The bar manager (I believe that was his position) was equally as friendly and helpful, which really added to the overall experience. For having to find a hotel so last minute, this ended up being such a pleasant surprise. The customer service alone made a huge difference, especially after the issues we had experienced beforehand. I would 110% stay here again and definitely recommend it!

Generally stay here if early morning appointments are involved as I live quite a distance away from the city. So my Mom and I stayed here on a Thursday night. The staff member made sure we were in a big room and had a shower bench put in there before we got to the room. Super impressed! It made things so much easier. The room was very large and exceptionally clean. We were on the 6th floor. The shower was hot with plenty of pressure. Lamps were scattered around the room, so it was nice to have a lot of bright lights if needed. Hot tub was excellent! Just seemed like it shut off rather quickly. Nice indoor/outdoor swimming pool. Evening meal had a variety of foods to pick from, which was included in the price. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff are usually friendly, helpful, and nice. Great food, service, and clean! Highly recommend staying here!

GENUINELY THE WORST HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED IN. IT WAS SO HOT…read more We were on the 7th floor and the AC unit would not go below 73 degrees no matter what. (ALSO THE HALLWAYS WERE SUPER HOT) When trying to go to the pool to actually relax, it's the smallest pool possible and just filled with a bunch of kids and parents who don't care about their children being disrespectful or splashing. We left in the middle of the night at 2-3am because it was so hot and unbearable. Also just so you know: This place is haunted. We had so many weird ass experiences like things touching us in our sleep and lights flickering. Actually such a horrible hotel. THE ONLY GOOD PART: The one guy at the reception desk who was very sweet, funny, and helpful. He has such a personality and was so friendly. If anything, I hope he gets a raise for the amount of effort he does.
