I had to call them and ask when they were showing up. When Gail, the owner arrived, it was close to the end of the day so we were only able to do a walk through and we rescheduled for the next week. They did come and did an okay cleaning job, but they were not thorough. My windows were not cleaned at all, and my two bathrooms weren't thoroughly cleaned. When I called Gail to inform her, she was immediately defensive even after I showed her photos of what was left behind. She had a nasty attitude, and even insulted me by telling me that she cleaned the bathrooms with pumice stone and asked me if I knew what that was (of course I do!).
