He noticed that the upstairs unit had quite a bit of disgusting matter, and he asked me for a broom. He took care of it all. He didn't need to do that, it was of his own accord, and didn't ask to be paid for that. He did a wonderful job with the Pressure Washing, and then also went above and beyond by drying a section of the patio that was off balance and had collected a puddle. He also pressure washed my daughter's window, and did an absolutely excellent job all the way around. I highly recommend DJ! He is very friendly, and a very, very hard worker. However, do not hire them to pressure wash anything. When my lanai was finished and dry I walked out there and there were still spider webs, mold and dirt on my screens. I took a rag and started wiping things down and the white rag was literally black with dirt. I contacted them asking them to make it right and got a bunch of lies and told to have a blessed day. I could have hosed the lanai down myself and it would be cleaner. They do not stand behind their work. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else. Or save $300 and hose your things down yourself. It will be cleaner than when they finish a job. Worst pressure wash I have ever seen in my life.

That's great, but you never explained that to me - probably because we don't have a deck. You also said, "When we checked with you before leaving, youmentioned everything looked great." No, I did not say this, because we were out of town. I only saw photos that you sent of the job. I expressed that I was concerned that I could still see large dark areas in the driveway, but it assured me that if was just because that some areas were still wet, and that's why it looked dark. I paid you regardless, because you didn't want to wait the 6 hours until we got home to see it. I'm not really sure why you would make up conversations we never had, but I also do still have the text messages if you want to push this any further.
