He noticed that the upstairs unit had quite a bit of disgusting matter, and he asked me for a broom. He took care of it all. He didn't need to do that, it was of his own accord, and didn't ask to be paid for that. He did a wonderful job with the Pressure Washing, and then also went above and beyond by drying a section of the patio that was off balance and had collected a puddle. He also pressure washed my daughter's window, and did an absolutely excellent job all the way around. I highly recommend DJ! He is very friendly, and a very, very hard worker. I asked for a handful of his business cards to pass them out for him, that's how good he is. I promise you won't be disappointed if you contract with DJ!

However, do not hire them to pressure wash anything. When my lanai was finished and dry I walked out there and there were still spider webs, mold and dirt on my screens. I took a rag and started wiping things down and the white rag was literally black with dirt. I contacted them asking them to make it right and got a bunch of lies and told to have a blessed day. I could have hosed the lanai down myself and it would be cleaner. They do not stand behind their work. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else. Or save $300 and hose your things down yourself. It will be cleaner than when they finish a job. Worst pressure wash I have ever seen in my life.

That's great, but you never explained that to me - probably because we don't have a deck. You also said, "When we checked with you before leaving, youmentioned everything looked great." No, I did not say this, because we were out of town. I only saw photos that you sent of the job. I expressed that I was concerned that I could still see large dark areas in the driveway, but it assured me that if was just because that some areas were still wet, and that's why it looked dark. House turns out clean with absolutely no damage to lawn or plants. Service at a surprisingly reasonable cost. Also, fantastic work cleaning our windows. Luke was able to get rid of dark stains near the edge of windows that prior cleaner failed to remove. A bonus, Luke used his latter to change out batteries in the interior of our house that is high and hard to reach. Highly recommend!
