This church has been our home for a few years. And I specifically chose that word 'home' because…read morethat's exactly what it feels like, walking into your home. Warn and inviting, you will not find stuffy religion or church rules here. You will find people who quickly become friends who turn into family. The leadership team have a calling to ministry and put their heart and soul into everything they do. There is truly something for everyone but what touches my heart and speaks to me and my husband are all the events that happen to support the community. We have a huge Easter Egg hunt every year that touches about 300 people (and it's so much more than just an Easter Egg hunt). We have Full Court basketball clinic for teenage boys that meets at John Glenn HS, where boys are mentored and taught life skills on top of getting their game on. Summers are filled with an enrichment program for elementary school aged kids and in the fall there's a Healthy Me program. Worship is truly anointed with a diverse worship team lead by one of the Pastors. If you're looking for something other than the 'typical' church experience please stop by on Sunday at 11:00!

Our Kingdom Kidz ministry is full of highly qualified and caring individuals who make your child's relationship with God their priority! Members of Gateway are a grateful and happy people who have enjoyed many miracles and life-changing experiences in the presence and during equipping by church leaders. We don't have many "pew" warmers at Gateway. We are here to fully experience and participate in church life as Jesus modeled for us and the early church.

Do people check-in on Yelp and pompously give Heaven '3 stars', remarking "A spirited crowd, but overall dead environment". For these are questions of life that aren't for me to resolve...but I am here to say my family and I have visited Life Bridge twice and really enjoyed it! If you have a sense of humor, appreciate a modern and contemporary approach, visit this church. If you're very church-ified you'll appreciate the great sermon with a lively and down to earth spin. If you're allergic to church, I promise you will find comfort here and it will be a pleasant hour of your time. Give them a try! Full disclosure: I am sooooo not gonna leave any bad reviews of a church on Yelp, so expect that if I leave any more of churches, that I enjoyed the service and they will all be 4 or 5! I'll save any critical feedback for churches directly; If I didn't enjoy, I will keep it to myself...I'm just not about to down a church on the internet unless they're on American Greed or something and we all saw the episode. This church is amazing!! Senior pastor Travis Whitaker does talks that bring us closer to God. I never attended a church where people were more friendly. And there is something for everyone here from infants through senior citizens. Come worship with us and I guarantee you will find your new church home.

Everyone we've met there has been super nice, and even after going through a 'new member' class, there hasn't been any pressure to join or donate. After avoiding organized religion for years, this is refreshing. In addition to Sunday services, we've attended a couple other events and seminars, both at the church building and at other sites. The warm and friendly vibe has continued. From everything we've seen, it's a nice place because it's filled with nice, real people. Everyone doesn't agree with everyone, and that's okay. Maybe if there were more open-minded and caring speakers like Reverend Alex in pulpits in other churches, there would be more people in the seats at those churches on Sunday mornings.
