Unitel Direct answered all my telecom needs and are miles ahead of my previous service provider. They have better plans then the other telecom service providers. The staffs in the Unitel Direct is excellent and knowledgeable, providing a satisfactory and reliable service. They provide me all the information that i required and answer my calls whenever i called them for any query. Highly recommendable!. read more

I have sign with unitel direct for my phone line and broadband I was before with Unicom I wish I stay with them my bill was every month £90.00 the rep came to my restaurant and told me with the same deal I had with Unicom it would cast me half the price so I have sign up the worst thing I ever done my first bill came to £ 220.00 the reason they told me because I have used to much broadband so I take the wifi off and the next bill came is £ 320.00 and again when I ring they told me the same thing to much broadband I have argue that much I haven resolve any thing and to come out off the contract it will cost me more then £ 2000 never again a very bad company to deal with I will be glad when my contract I will be come to an end and see the back of them. read more

I joined unitel after seeing them at Makro. I was sold a basic site for £100. I loved the site, I didn't have a site prior to this and had a bad experience a few years ago with a directory who did a poor design which I couldn't update or change. My customers all comment on the site too. I'm writing this as people never write good experiences only negative. Plus I signed for a mobile after joined them, although I hate my phone (htc) my bills are £30 per month! With free calls and texts and some data.
