I put a print order in with this company and yes they were very quick on the turnaround but…read moreunfortunatey my cards arrived with the wrong colours on my branding, I spoke to Andrew who said my proof was in Pantone colours and thatthey use CMYK and thats why the colours are different. At no point did anyone contact me requesting a version in CMYK, and when I expressed that I would like a re print and am willing to send a CMYK version with the colour numbers on there I was told that I would have to put in a fresh order and that delivery will not be expressed even though it was not my fault. I am now left with 500 business cards that are useless to me, no compensation to another reprint and no refund. I would not recommend this company to anybody, STAY AWAY FROM THEM, bunch of amateurs if you ask me with no sense of customer service. Save your money and find a quality printer who will contacty you confirm your order and also send you a sample of the finished product prior to printing you something which you cannot use.

I would give Sense Creative no stars…read more DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I ordered a short run of 100 business cards to be sent to a client and sample copies to be sent to me - 2 separate addresses, a week ahead of a deadline and neither were received. I phoned the customer service phone number at least 4 times with no answer and emailed the office twice with no reply so I had to order print from another printer and paid for overnight courier service to get them to my client. The manager of Sense Creative called me a couple of weeks after I'd emailed twice about this and had asked for a refund (only £20 but it was the principle). The manager wouldn't believe me and I was told my client was a liar and that both deliveries had been made. He got angry with me and wouldn't calm down when I asked him to speak to me in a calm manner. His name is John Thompson as some of the other reviewers on another review site have said (http://www.qype.co.uk/place/1611202-Sense-Creative-Darlington-#reviews), he is argumentative, confrontational, unreasonable and almost impossible to hold a reasonable conversation with.
