I think all the post office workers are very friendly and helpful. There are a few regular customers that are very slow and hold up the process, but everyone is very kind and patient. I frequently go around 4 p.m. and there is usually only one or two window open and there are many people waiting. Also the people working there are not the friendliest folk on the planet. If you're see Jeff working, let people cut in front of you until he is available. He's worth it. He's friendly, cordial and very helpful. He seems as though he genuinely cares. Everyone else is mediocre at best and several of the ladies who work there have downright bad attitudes.
