At the beginning, I was impressed by their professionalism and promises. However, although they kept saying "yes" and assuring me things would be handled, nothing was actually done. Weeks turned into months with no real progress. My project started in October 2024. The system itself works well, but the sheet metal inspection is still not completed. This has been dragging on far too long, and the lack of follow-through has been extremely frustrating. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
