Phibi I forgot how to spell her name. I know that she has UK accent She did not give not one F about any of us and she made that very clear that she was not any of our friends. Beyond rude. She's clearly in it just for the money and I don't know how she has a position as a director her main concerns are just making sure that the rooms were clean so she should just work out a hotel then. The last rehab I went to the director shook everyone's hands, made sure to check on our mental health every single day, and I've witnessed him save so many lives from leaving unlike here some of the workers would laugh if someone decided to leave on their own will, and they would make comments while laughing " he's probably going back to the street. Where is he going to go? He has no phone." this rehab actually made me want to use. And everyone agreed that the director is in the wrong profession and she needs to get another job that fits her with her disgusting attitude. In group she had once allowed someone who is diagnosed with schizophrenia to curse out another roommate who had lost her son and was saying the most horrific things about her and her loss as the director stood there and did nothing. I would rather go cold turkey in a cage before I ever recommend this place to anyone. Unless they have a new director.

Right before my surgery on March 17, 2022, the house coordinator (Julian A. Miyares) texted me to let me know that their house was shot down and that I needed to find a new recovery house. No further explanation was given (refund of the 4-day stay still pending as of March 23, 2022). I only had a two-day window to find a place, and no funds available since Glamorous House did not offer a suitable replacement. Hotel booking and nurses were out of the question (hotel room and a 24-hour nurse cost $1,200.00 on average for a daily rate. I looked everywhere!) Other recovery houses average cost was $250-300 dollars per day and most were already booked on such a short notice and they required a 3-day stay minimum (I could not afford those many days since all my money was still tied up with Glamorous House). I finally received a call back from EOS and Cindy kindly listened to my story. They offered to work with me and booked me for a two-day stay (that was all I could afford!). The day of my surgery, Cristina was there at the clinic patiently waiting for them to release me (they made her wait for all that long, and she still had other ladies to go fetch from other facilities). When we finally made it to the recovery house, it was very late, and there was still the issue of my medicine. Cristina had to drive back to the pharmacy at a very late hour, and found out that my insurance was not covering my pain medication. At that point, I was in excruciating pain for several hours. Cristina was on the clock for more than 18 hours but decided to stay until the issue was resolved and brought the medication to me. I have no words to describe how much I appreciated her. She was a hero to me at that moment! I wish I had originally booked my stay with EOS. Their staff was well-trained and compassionate, ready to assist me. Silvia, Erica, and (sorry I did not get the other girl's name!) I am forever grateful for your kind gestures and your help. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I came to Miami a few days early to party before my procedure which was on April 20th. EOS have a great package that includes light snacks and beverages, transportation from and to Miami airport, your Pre-op, Surgery, Two Post-op appointments, and prescription pick-up and drop-off. They also provide laundry service for your surgical garment. After my procedure was done, Christina greeted me and drove me to the house. She is the transport staff and was always on time and is extremely hilarious. At the house, felt pampered from start to finish. I had my own room which was a plus!!! Someone was always available to bring me fresh fluids and to make sure I was as comfortable as possible, even though I was very uncomfortable in the garments. Erica, Jessica and Sylvia were extremely caring and on point with everything. They truly made me feel like I was at home or with family. Cindy was the most relatable because she has been through cosmetic surgery before. She really gave good advice that I needed to get through my recovery. The meals were also great and easy on our recovering bodies. The other house guests were nice and shared a common area where we all checked on each other and talked about our surgery experiences from beginning to end. I had my procedure done at Zion Plastic Surgery. I believe all of the others went to Mia Aesthetics. I am extremely happy with my decision with Zion PS because I had a customized procedure. I had Hi Definition lipo/ Ab etching with fat transferred to my upper chest, arms and shoulders, with a bbl. I also had a fat transfer to my face (cheeks). I'm very happy that I stayed here at EOS for my aftercare. If I left any staff out who cared for me, my apologies. This is a recommended stay for anyone who is going to Miami for surgery.

The doctors visit the patients at least once a week. The place and the patients are kept very clean. The physical therapists try to make session as pleasant as possible. Some people will not make any effort in physical therapy. This will of course result in poor out-come. The food is better than average institutional cooking. The patients are given choices of food.

We're disappointed with Memorial Manor. My 90 yr old mother was admitted there on a Friday night…read moreafter a hip replacement surgery. I had my doubts to the success of her recovery due to not only her age but also that she has dementia. She had her first PT session on Monday morning which I was surprised and grateful that she was engaged in the OT session but not so much in the PT session. The therapist was great, Ms. Kathy. Ms. Kathy was able to complete simple stand-ups and single steps 9xs. I was excited and felt that this was proof that my mom had a great chance of being somewhat mobile again. The following day my mom's energy and willingness to participate in her sessions was disappointing but nevertheless the therapist persisted with the sessions. On the third day my mom was lethargic and showed behaviors not like her normal self. The OT therapist noticed her behavior and contacted the nurse. My mom was returned to her room. She had a low grade fever and her wbc had spiked. She was sent back to the hospital and was diagnosed with a severe UTI. After a week of antibiotics in the hospital she is ready for discharge. Memorial Manor has declined her request to return there for therapy. The reason, as stated in her letter from Memorial Manor was, "your needs cannot be met at this facility ". I understand my mom comes with roadblocks but when she arrived there the first day I was told by employees that "this is the best rehab center around ". My mom was there a total of five days. The first two days (weekend) there is no therapy sessions. She was diagnosed with a UTI on the fifth day. I don't want to feel that they are responsible for the UTI. I do feel that "the best rehab center around" didn't even give my mom a chance.

About me, I suffer with chronic pain due to football, as well as Marine corps injuries and 2 really violent MVA. Multiple herniated discs in cervical area as well as lumbar and a total disc failure in L5 and SI joint pain. In dealing with the fallout from these injuries I've had 6 epidurals as well as 3 RFA procedures. I've also had 9 surgeries over the last few yrs including SI joint fusion. Needless to say I know a lot about being uncomfortable and I invest a lot of time every day in trying to rid myself of the burden of pain. My wife just had our first baby so I very much wish to be physically active late in life. To accomplish this I am very proactive in my well-being. I live a vegan lifestyle & am up at 0400 every morning to do my stretching, meditation, rehab exercises, inversion therapy, hot baths, theragun, and core strengthening. I put in intense work on myself so the professional healers have a chance at being successful in their job. I've been through a lot of chiropractors and physical therapists over the last 15 yrs some of which were good, & some not so great. My entire experience so far with All broward chiro has been excellent. The 2 instances when I had a scheduled appointment there was zero wait. There have been two more sessions where the scheduler was able to fit me in last minute. Flexibility with schedule is important to me because my pain levels shoot from "3-4" to a "7-8" very quick and to have the possibility to be seen when not scheduled is a huge plus. Either way, the entire staff is pleasant & seem to enjoy being at work. All BrowardChiro has a variety of health services and all were high quality; from the massage to heat/Stim to decompress, all were top notch. The two services I've found most effective are the deep stretching and the adjustment itself. The stretch is done by Nick who is as good at his job as I've come by. I am 6'5 -217lbs & not ez to move around but the pain relief I feel after his stretch is tremendous. I would visit this practice just for the stretch. Then comes the adjustment and Dr.Mike is strong and sure in his manipulations, which is important as my body has endured significant trauma. His adjustment table is automatic so you stand up and the table lays you down without physical effort. This is extremely thoughtful to someone who has pain when changing from any one position to another. Once you're laying flat and he begins, his adjustment is no nonsense and precise. As high level care as I've received anywhere else. The office and restrooms are clean and clean water is available in the waiting room which is another big plus because I drink a ton of water and don't have to bring my water bottle into the office. If you're in pain and want the strongest possible chance at recovery I strongly recommend giving All Broward chiropractic a chance

I worked with Alan, and not only was my vestibular issues resolved, the testing showed I was very visually dependent, and a few other issues I was aware of, like a tightness in my neck muscles. Well, to give an example at the beginning I could barely walk on a foam balance beam without losing my balance. By the end, I could walk this beam fairly well with goggles blocking my vision (no vision) and moving my head simultaneously. Also my sister noted (without knowing I was doing PT) my posture improved tremendously. My neck tightness/pain is gone. This was about one month of sessions. Definitely give them a try!!
