First off let me say EOS RECOVERY HOUSE is a great place for anyone who is coming from out of town…read moreand is looking for a safe, responsible, comfortable, beautiful, caring place to stay while you are post op. I came to Miami a few days early to party before my procedure which was on April 20th. EOS have a great package that includes light snacks and beverages, transportation from and to Miami airport, your Pre-op, Surgery, Two Post-op appointments, and prescription pick-up and drop-off. They also provide laundry service for your surgical garment. After my procedure was done, Christina greeted me and drove me to the house. She is the transport staff and was always on time and is extremely hilarious. At the house, felt pampered from start to finish. I had my own room which was a plus!!! Someone was always available to bring me fresh fluids and to make sure I was as comfortable as possible, even though I was very uncomfortable in the garments. Erica, Jessica and Sylvia were extremely caring and on point with everything. They truly made me feel like I was at home or with family. Cindy was the most relatable because she has been through cosmetic surgery before. She really gave good advice that I needed to get through my recovery. The meals were also great and easy on our recovering bodies. The other house guests were nice and shared a common area where we all checked on each other and talked about our surgery experiences from beginning to end. I had my procedure done at Zion Plastic Surgery. I believe all of the others went to Mia Aesthetics. I am extremely happy with my decision with Zion PS because I had a customized procedure. I had Hi Definition lipo/ Ab etching with fat transferred to my upper chest, arms and shoulders, with a bbl. I also had a fat transfer to my face (cheeks). I'm very happy that I stayed here at EOS for my aftercare. If I left any staff out who cared for me, my apologies. This is a recommended stay for anyone who is going to Miami for surgery.

The in house staff are very patient and helpful at all times. The food is amazing and the house is constantly cleaned. I have referred 6 people to recovery in this home and have heard nothing but great things from each of them. I recommend this house for anyone who need to recovery and expect to have the most up lifting services provided.

My 89 year old Mom was a patient at this facility. She was transferred from Memorial Pembroke in…read morelate January for rehab and we were expecting that to be at least for 3 weeks as was told by the social workers at the main hospital. We began getting discharge notices after the 6th day. She arrived late on a Friday evening so she did not get assessed by anyone upon arrival. On Saturday the PT person asked her if she wanted to do any therapy and of course My mom said no to that as she was tired from being transferred so late the night before. No PT on Sunday and On Monday got her first PT and second on Tuesday. On Wednesday we received her first Discharge order after only getting two days of actual PT. The aides PT and Nursing Staff and respiratory staff were Very good to Her and kept her well fed and very Clean. I cant thank them enough for the attention. Only one Glitch was a Young Flakey Respiratory Tech that walked in unannounced to my mothers room and opened the Curtain around my moms Bed while she was being Changed and Naked and Announcing he was there to do her Respiratory Treatment. I took issue with his Lack of Consideration for her privacy and just told him so and asked him to leave the room. When i went to the in charge Nurse to complain about his actions the Respiratory tech took issue with my complaining about what he did and began approaching me while I was leaning against to Nursing stations Counter and he was saying he didnt like my telling him to leave the room. While he was saying that he approached me even more and now I was feeling cornered and felt his action of approaching me so close was a bit hostile. I asked him three times to back away but he only came forward even more to which I said if he came any closer I was going to punch him. That when he backed off and went around, the nurses station and sat down in a chair. I finished telling the supervisor on duty about what he did in the room while my mother was being changed And then went to my mom's to see if they had finished prepping her for bed at night. Not 10 minutes later a policeman showed up because he called the police and they escorted me out of the building. The next day, when I went to see my mother, I was told I was not allowed in the building or to see her. The management staff, instead of protecting my mother's right to privacy as per the patient bill of rights that is posted on every wall in every room instead chose to defend this employee's actions and prevent me from spending time with my mother. The only time I could spend with her was for an hour each day, and it was outside on the bench beyond the doors of the facility. Management staff there is Rude and Disgusting and don't give a damn about the patient's mental well-being. Patients that have been in a facility like that need to have family members present and they chose to take away the right of my mother to have that available to her. So again, I would say that, for the most part, the whole staff from the nursing, the Techs and the Aides do a wonderful job with these patients, and I cant say enough about them and the treatment they provide to the patients but the upper management there is awful and the Social services personnel are cold and uncaring as well as condescending people! I give the working staff five stars, but the management and that one Respiratory Tech I wrote about get No star in my opinion! Thank you to all the staff that treated my Mother so well. You know who you are! Alexander Fernandez

I always write reviews, so other would know ahead of time and will not experience what I went…read morethrough, anyway when I arrived at miami shores rehab for my leg, they put me in a room with some man sleeping on the floor on the other side of the curtain swearing and saying racial stuff,I asked to move,so I was moved to a room with a gentleman like person, at least I thought he was but he kept me up talking to himself and calling for nurses and one night a CNA came in a beat him up to change his pamper, I even ask her to open the door due to the smell, she cursed me out, telling us find Jesus. Later the food director came and ask me about what foods were good for me,named Manny which was very professional, and that Saturday cook was a great cook, restaurant style. As for the wound care great job,and was healing my leg,so they moved me to another room so I could get sleep, then Friday 4-18-26 they purposely put some man in my room on his side of the curtain he peed everywhere and smelled like he didn't shower in years so I complained asking them to give him a shower, in stead of trying to solve the problem the so called overnight supervisor became mad at me ,so I was telling him that I will go back home, this morning the director of their operation transfered me to the beach rehab, which she did me a favor but it starts make back over dealing with a new organization, if you are smart think twice before you put your people in this miami shores rehab some of there staff are very lazy just like this so called director pawn me off without asking me my side of things, just being bias and assuming and not asking me what happened, she will assume the same way with your people when they stay at this place, note there are some good people, but a lot of slackers, and laziness as well as fake staff ,one minute smiling then like a snake lying behind your back to save their jobs. Yes ,I made complaints ,which I have the rights too,I paid for that treatment
