She was more than willing to see a lot of houses in a 2-day period because I needed to move fast and quickly learn the area and the market. She went above and beyond to make sure we were found the right house even from 1200 miles away. For us, that meant walking away from 2 houses that didn't pass inspection. Buying a property is not easy. Especially if there is mortgage involved, you're a first time buyer…read moreout of state. Actually, we've just bought a property in the way I described above. Honestly, I do not think that we could have successfully navigated through the process without the help of Cloud Reality. Leeza and Shannon truly went above and beyond in not only one, but each step of the process including helping us finding, checking the property sight unseen, supporting us to negotiate the issues found by the inspector. They also recommended service pros to do some repair, and helped managing things out of state. Their passion, professionalism, willingness to help and make the deal happen is unbelievable. They were always ready to answer all of my questions (including the tough ones started with why...) using their huge amount of experience, and knowledge about the local housing market keeping the needs of the client above everything. What I truly liked working with Leeza and Shannon, and I'm pretty sure that you'll like too if you work with them is as follows: - They are honest, responsible and reliable business partners - Extremely good at managing things with get-things-done mentality - They have huge amount of knowledge of the local housing market, and remarkable network of related professionals that they are willing to use in order to help their clients

Our sell: Gosh,…read morewhere to start!! First, Leeza and Shannon are probably the hardest working RE agents I know. I know a TON of agents... which also speaks volumes to the fact that we chose them. We knew Leeza had an extremely successful business in this, but it really became apparent when she and Shannon got going on our sale. We had a ton of things to get done (most people do, but we really had our work cut out!) and Leeza and Shannon made sure to keep us organized, direct us accordingly, and cheer us on. They also were very honest, accommodating to our needs with the sell, and very professional and prompt during the offer/ negotiation process. I am not sure I can imagine getting it done with anyone else. If you want genuinely great people to help you buy or sell, who you KNOW has your best interest, look no further!! Cloud Realty is your place!! Thank you Leeza and Shannon!! We are so excited and anxious to purchase our house with you very soon! - Brittany and Gareth Our purchase: We just sold our house, and then went into an unexpected purchase that Leeza helped us with. By unexpected, I mean we dragged poor Leeza around Collin County to find our dream home new build, then threw her for a loop when we decided on an even better investment in a neighborhood we truly wanted to begin with. She helped validate our decision, respected all of our wishes and then took on the whole process like a champ. She never felt like she was being put out as she understood that this was all very pertinent in making a decision. When it came time to put an offer in, our sales rep with the builder, who reiterated that Leeza was a fabulous person, also described her as a shark.... she seriously had our best interest in the most profession, fair and efficient way!! She made closing super easy and really made us feel so comfortable and excited about our next chapter. Guys, she's seriously the most genuine person. Calculated, open-minded, sincere, sweet, fun, funny!!, and all around amazing. No. Disappointments. If you want a winning RE agent to help with one of the largest investments you'll make, look no further. She's seriously THE best there is!

From the beginning, she impressed us with her level of preparedness and professionalism. At our first meeting, she already had been looking at the value of the home we wanted to sell and had outlined a marketing plan. She was also quick to respond when we had questions and stayed in constant communication with us regarding feedback from showings and other events during the process. She helped talk us through every step of the way as we received an offer and went through negotiations. From the inspection, some concerns were noted. We contacted her to discuss it and she had already lined up the appropriate professionals to verify the concerns and prepare quotes to help us in our response to the buyers. Negotiations were smooth with no major issues arising. We had already narrowed down the general area in which we were interested in living. She provided additional information based on her knowledge of the area which enabled us to further narrow our search. We quickly found a property and she was on top of the negotiations. She has a team of venders available that was helpful as the inspection identified hail damage to the roof. Her roofer was able to provide verification and helped in working with the sellers to get the issue addressed by their insurance prior to closing. We highly recommend her for her knowledge, communication skills, and for staying on top of things every step of the way throughout the process.

Todd is an exceptional agent…read more I've lived in several major metropolitan areas in the U.S. throughout my life, and service in Dallas has been more hit and miss than in any other major city I've ever lived in. Why? I'm not sure. Maybe it's just super hot in Dallas and people just can't be bothered to work all that hard. Maybe it's because people here just earn less on average and so they don't have the financial incentive to put in as much work. Whatever the reason is, I've honestly found it quite difficult to find high-quality professionals here who take pride in their work. Todd is one of the few I've worked with in my 5+ years of living in this city who really stand out. He's just an all-around consummate professional. Todd has an incredible depth of industry knowledge and general housing experience that he draws from that he used to guide my wife and I throughout our first home purchase at the beginning of September. And in the rare instance that he didn't know something, he always took the time to research it and follow-up as soon as he could. But even more important for me was Todd's humility and integrity. While real-estate agents are often seen as simple salespeople, Todd never came a cross as salesy whatsoever. He would always try to remain impartial, objective, and honest, even if that meant compromising his own bottom line. I could see Todd's integrity a mile away, which is why I felt comfortable trusting him with a transaction of this size. While I don't know for certain, I think I'm pretty safe in guessing that Todd is quite well off. He's not desperate for business and he does a significant volume of large transactions annually. This is extremely important when considering a real estate agent because the more desperate they are, the more likely they'll do whatever it takes to close a deal, even at your expense. At the same time, you don't want to work with an agent who is too absorbed in their own success that they can't bother to spend any time with you. Todd is truly that rare mix of humility, integrity, experience, and detail orientation that makes for the perfect real estate agent. I started this homebuying process thinking real-estate agents are just people who pick up the phone, talk a bunch of nonsense, and collect a handsome check after doing effectively nothing, and left on closing day absolutely certain that I would not have been able to do this without Todd. I highly recommend him and am happy to share more details about my experience if you want to reach out.
