Even after I insisted on having a guarantor in the lease agreement for the tenant she brought me, that tenant still left five months before the end of the lease without paying. read more

Definitely a company I grew up with and improved as a realtor. It gave me a lot of independence. I enjoyed the ride while it lasted and as everyone wise enough knows nothing lasts forever. For realtors it is an amazing company, it gives a lot for very little. Customer will enjoy it if the realtor they pick is good and has good values. Also its offices are top of the line and it has great staff at corporate and in the offices I visited. It may need some more guidance when people join it so it improves its retention levels. read more

December of 2018, I was in contact with an agent of yours Olga Garcia. I was looking to move from San Diego California to Boca Raton Florida. I contacted Olga Garcia about a listing she had for 299 Mansdield H Boca Raton. The listing was for a 2 bed 2 bath condo, listed as pet friendly. After many emails and scanning of documents, we were presented with a lease for the property at 1 year for $1300 a month plus a $300 nonrefundable pet depost. We mailed a check for $1300 for first months rent made out to United Realty Group. We drove from California to Florida and arrived at 299 Mansfield H on Jan 17th 2019.  Olga presented herself to us to give us the keys, take $2600 for securiry deposit and last months rent and the $300 non refundable pet deposit. During the walk through, we noticed many things. Broken glass in the back door, garbage and other materials left in the lanai closet, windows on the lanai that would not open or close, basically stuck in whatever position they were in, exposed wiring on the lanai, among other things. When asked about these things Olga said for us to have maintenace come and fix the windows and what ever was left in the Condo, we could keep or throw out. After driving 3000 miles, I spent my first 4 hours here cleaning. I have A LOT of pictures. Fungus in the kitchen drawers, water stains on both ceiling bathrooms, the microwave, stove and refrigerator were very visablly dirty. Fine, we cleaned and we delt with it, lesson learned. We also called the owner and voiced our concerns and she blamed Olga and also told us call maintenance for the non working things and if we wanted ahe waould send a cleaning lady. The following day, Friday Jan 18th, we went to the ID office to get our IDs and were told we needed to contact the building director, PhyllIs Atwell, to arrange drop off of our UPack. When we called Phyllis, she had no paperwork on us so came into the condo to meet us. When she saw all the issues with the condo, she called it unlivable, when she saw our dog, we were told we had to leave beacuse its a NO PET COMMUNITY. Phyllis called Olga to come over and the 2 of them proceeded to yell at each other over whos fault it was. Olga told Phyllis she was not aware it was a no pets community. How can a realtor not know the rules? We drove 3000 miles with the expectation of having a place to live for at least a year and now after Feb 15th, we are homeless because of the ignorance of one of your agents. My partner is a type 1 diabetic, we since had our dog medically certified as a service animal for this, but her blood sugar has been 200 points above normal due to this stressful situation. And her numbers are recorded in her insulin pump. They show how conntrolled they were prior to this happening and how they are now. We stopped payment on the $2600 check, as per the building director and prepared to again look for a place to live. The building director took pity on us and told us that because the dog was now properly certified, we could move into another unit here. She knew 319 Mansfield H was almost ready to rent.  We contacted Cecilia Passalacque, also of United Reality Group for 319 Mansfield H today and after emailing proof of income we were told by her and I quote: "Just spoke with Olga from United Realty Group, she and I are working for the same office.....Sorry, but it doesn't work for me....." What kind of business are you guys running. The amount of stress and worry your office has caused us is unbelievable. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life. read more

I recently was involved with realtor Cindy Levinson, she sold my house last month in Weston. I have sold two other properties in my lifetime and have never experienced such awful behavior from a realtor. She was obnoxious, rude, nasty, a liar and deceitful and those are only a few adjectives I choose to use. Whenever I tried to reach her she was unavailable to me, why, you might ask, she had another job during the day which I was unaware of at the time of signing my contract. She yelled at me as if I were a child, the whole experience was disgusting. She lost paperwork and the buyers told me they almost backed out because of her attitude. I only gave her one star because I was unable to write the review unless I pressed star. If you come across this person I fully recommend you not to use her, save yourself the aggravation and grief. I had a terrible experience with United, and I am still dealing with some of that experience. I don't know if this is just the way real estate works, but I think no business should operate this way. The overall style of the realtors and management at United is very aggressive, putting pressure on to get the deal done quickly, but overlooking many of our concerns as buyers, and I would guess those of the sellers as well (but that is my speculation, as I did not have contact). I say this because I got caught in what you call a "double agent" situation, where both buyer and seller agents worked for United. Early on we noticed some issues with the house and the agreement, and came to suspect they were omitting information from us, so quickly drafted up a contact to protect us in case we were correct. They were reluctant to sign anything, and I believe never even communicated our requests to the seller. If I could have dealt directly with the seller, I believe this whole thing would have been much easier and less painful. United realty was nothing but an obstacle between us. The inspection revealed that there were some repairs that needed to be done, so we requested that those be taken care of or renegotiated off the price of the house. Sensing how evasive the two realtors were, we tried to get some agreement in writing that would hold them to their promise of repairing the things found during the inspection. This one was never signed, though the seller's realtor gave us his "word" that it would be taken care of. We found later that some of these things had not been fixed, or had been "taken care of" at a very basic level to basically just cross an item off the list, through some professionals in his network (including a pest exterminator who was trying to convince me that mice had no bones...but that's beside the case, it just shows the kind of professionals they would assign to us). All of this is irrelevant because we never got to inspect the house before moving in. Instead of meeting us there at the property, our agent had gone to her boss at the time of the inspection to "complain" about the other agent, which was very convenient and responsible of her. Without a place to live (we had agreed to vacate our old apartment), we now had to find a place to keep our belongings until the move in date. Either that, or be pushed into what they call a "dry closing". So we were only able to do a superficial inspection of the outside parts before moving. A year in I've discovered many of these problems were never corrected. Part of me believes it wasn't even to save her own hide, but just to cover up some of the things. Too late now. I can't go back in time to correct the mistake I made, but I hope someone finds my advice helpful enough to not repeat it. read more

I buying a house through them was the most awful thing i have experience in a long time.The owner was so rude that she was cursing me and shouting at me at the last days of the transaction. It took forever before i finally got my house. If it wasn't for the contract and the money i already put in i would have bought a different house.
