She has my highest recommendation which is not an easy claim from me. I know what I want and have been described as demanding which came from my time on active duty as a Marine Corps officer, I have high expectations of those that worked for me during my time in the Marine Corps and although Karen didn't work for me as a Marine she possesses all the traits of an exceptional and dedicated professional. Her prices are very competitive. And after working with her I found my money well spent. I would have given her many more stars but Yelp doesn't allow more than 5. I shopped for paralegals for 2 months. Most are not responsive or end up playing phone tag and nothing gets done. Karen is quick to respond and provides pertinent information or directs you to the right source to get your inquiries answered. I'll use her again if I need her services. Thank you Karen!

Mark was outstanding - he was extremely responsive, he quickly understood the facts of the case, and after reviewing the circumstances, he advised me that, while he would pursue the case with me if I really wanted to, in his opinion I should just let things go given how things ultimately worked out. This was extraordinarily ethical on his part - I would have happily spent a five-figure sum with him pursuing litigation against the broker had he advised me to do so, but he did the right thing and behaved extremely ethically, even though it cost him a fair amount of billable work.
