When I called to schedule, I was asked what I would be seen for. I told them, endometriosis and adenomyosis. Fast for 4 months to the day before my appointment, they call me and tell me Dr Arthur doesn't treat those conditions, so I need to cancel. In the four months of waiting for my appointment, I had called the staff 3 separate times because of issues with scheduling and insurance. Each time, I again stated what I was being seen for. It's absolutely ridiculous that they waited until the day before my appointment to say I couldn't be seen.

Jun 11 - i came in for my concerns and annual wellness check/blood draw. went to check out, i asked the receptionist lady if there was a copay and she said no. Jun 18 - follow up to review my test results, one test was missing so they drew my blood again. Went to check out and i asked the guy receptionist if i had a copay he said no. It didn't seem right so I double checked with him and the lady next to him said i do have a $30 copay (so i paid). After a week i called to check on my results cuz i didn't see anything posted on my online account and i was informed my doctor was out and that a doctor needed to review my results with me. They tried to schedule me in office but i asked if it can be a call cuz i didn't want to drive down again. June 27 - got the call from the doctor to review my results (still didn't get why i couldn't just get a copy of my results online, my old Sharp doctor would usually just have the results on my app.) About two weeks later (July 7) i receive a bill for $50(or so) so i called them and they advised that my insurance didn't cover my initial appointment and told me i'd have to reach out to my insurance in regards to my confusion so i did. it looks like the insurance and medical office settled something because the app showed i only owed $30 after a few weeks (July 28) so i paid for it. Aug. 8 i see another bill for 2 different dates for a total of $60 so i called again and the lady on the phone said it was for my first appointment (which i recently just paid for) and my video call (video call that shouldn't have even happened if they didn't mess up on one of my test results). They're literally charging me for everything even if it's a mistake on their end.

She provides relevant information and makes recommendations, but the thing I love about her care is that she really puts her patients in a place to advocate for themselves and their treatment and how they want it. I was able to get an immediate appointment at this location that we have never been to. Everyone here was so nice, so helpful and welcoming. Loved the jungle wall murals and decor, it was fun waiting beside her headache and it really eased her worries and distracted her for a bit. Dr. Johnson was one of the best providers we have seen in awhile. Super patient, informative and extremely helpful with all her questions and suggestions. She truly showed concern and compassion for our situation and on her new vitamin regimen, our sweet girl has been headache free for a few days now after a rough month!
