I plunged both toilets and water did not go down instead overflowed into areas mentioned herein. A technician named Chase came to our residence and diagnosed the issue we were experiencing. Chase then explained what the problem was and that he could use a snake (rooter equipment) to unclog any debris with the sewer pipe and use a camera to inspect within the the sewer pipe which is approximately 100 foot in length then provide me and my wife Kathleen the cost that was very reasonable and within the average scope for the type of work in order to restore the functioning of the toilets, etc. We agreed for Chase to do the work and Chase did an absolutely awesome job from start to finish and showed us on the camera monitor the interior of the sewer pipe which actually looked cleaned, sturdy heavy duty gage abs piping but then notice a crack pipe caused by tree root over growth on our property close to the city & county connection. That was causing the water to flow backwards because the tree root caused the pipe to be offset and uneven. If anyone needs emergency plumbing repairs after a usual normal workday hours, give EP & S a call. They are reliable, honest, and perform awesome work. We were happy to have contacted EP & S.
