This store is a decent store but isn't a great place to do a weekly shop mainly due to the stock there, but on the other hand i does have some cool things about it, including being the home to Blackburn's Amazon Lockers which are quite a cool way to receive and return parcels when sold directly from Amazon. This supermarket also has a cafe. In some ways, it just feels like it has been left behind, walking up to the supermarket in a way feels like walking into an abandoned building, there is so much empty space and sadly it just doesn't feel nice. Overall, the selection in stores is quite poor for most items, even the gluten free selection was poor as well as the selection for other items as well. The staff didn't seem too helpful either, and that's if I could even find them! The game selection was so poor, there was probably about 4 or 5 games with some prices of good value and some prices highly overpriced, but it was so few in number they might as well not have it, and it was just a fraction to what I would normally see in a supermarket elsewhere, for example this game selection was smaller than what you would see for just one console in another supermarket. Frustrating. Overall, the store not only lacks the feel of a good supermarket, it has a poor selection too with some items which were highly overpriced, while also taking poor service into account I sadly feel the only two strong points for this branch of Morrisons is the location and having Amazon Lockers, which in its' own isn't enough to warrant anything over a single one star, in all honesty the Amazon Lockers would even be better to be located across the way in The Mall.

A new Tesco Express on Garstang Road East on the outskirts of Poulton village. It has a good range…read moreof stock including sandwiches, bread and chilled items such as chicken, sausages and burgers, also tinned goods and a smallish alcohol section. My only quibble is that the checkout system only seems to be geared up for you to buy a few items with very little space for you to pack your bag or load more than a few items onto the counter. It has a small car park shared with the Subway next door though there are a few spaces reserved for Tesco customers. All in all it's a convenient store if you need a few bits and bobs and don't want the hassle and cost of parking in Poulton but it would be better if it was geared up to cope with people who need more than a handful of items.

I find the goods are a little on the pricey-side compared to what you would pay in neighbouring town's stores such as Tesco and Asda. Staff aren't too bad, there is one member of staff though who spends more time talking and holding up queues rather than getting people through the check-outs quickly. I would avoid shopping here in the hours 8am-9am and 3pm-4pm as the kids from the school opposite descend on the store and staff don't seem to do anything to keep them from behaving.

Open from 7.30am until 11pm everyday except over Christmas and new year when the hours change. The staff are all good and the shop is bright and clean. Now there is one problem, the only place to park is directly outside and it's always dumper to bumper, thats why it's better for me to walk across.

The facilities inside the store are good, and it even features a Pharmacy, Cafe as well as products or concessions from multiple brands including Accessorize, Decathlon, Timpson, Greggs and even a Post Office! The selection in terms of groceries was also pretty good, I did find the store a little hard to follow, struggling to find certain products at first. They seemed to stock most of the items you'd expect to find in an ASDA, I still prefer the product ranges available at Tesco and Sainsbury's, who I feel have a better selection of brands, but this store was pretty good for an ASDA. There is a large car park, however, do be careful if approaching as a pedestrian, one of the main crossings is on a sharp corner, which is poorly lit, meaning it is difficult to see if any cars are coming, as it is a blind spot, this would be dangerous in the middle of the day, which almost caused me to get run over, let alone in the dark nights - with winter coming, they need to sort it out as it's a safety hazard. 4*
