I called last month to see if I could get a reduction in my monthly rate, they said no. I've been paying for THREE YEARS STRAIGHT, took out 18k and still owe 20k ($380/month @ 16% APR)..... I refinanced today WITH SOMEONE ELSE & now I pay $184/month @ 9%. Do better, absolutely disgusting. Im so confused how I took out 18k, still owe 20k, but I've paid over 12k.... how does that make sense? Disgusting company.

I brought my daughter to Elaine for her wedding gown alterations. She was highly recommended by…read moreseveral people and our first two appointments went well. I'm so disappointed to have to write this review. On the third (final) visit it was clear there was an issue as soon as we got there My daughter had requested sleeves be made at the first visit and provided the photo's of inspiration as requested by Elaine. They were not completed for our second visit and we were told they would be ready at the final fitting. We were also told several times "at the final visit we stay until everything is perfect". The sleeves were not even close to perfect, they were bad. We expressed to Elaine that what we got was not what we asked for and the sleeves didn't fit. She told us the fabric was very expensive and she was not going to keep cutting it. After several tries she told us she "wasn't going to do this all night" (we had been there an hour) and that we had now made her behind with other clients. I couldn't get over how rude she was. I told her we were staying until everything was perfect. She went back into her sewing area and never came back, she sent her assistant, Emily (who is amazing) back and forth. They then were unable to locate my daughter's veil and insinuated we provided the wrong veil. Again, her assistant stepped up and was able to get another veil from the bridal shop we had purchased from.. she even went and picked it up. Can't imagine what would have happened if they had not been able to locate another veil and if Emily hadn't been there to help. The dress was also too loose and she told my daughter she wouldn't take it in any further as she felt it would be more comfortable that way, maybe that's true and we would have been more receptive had she not be so snarky. I'm giving her two stars because the alterations were completed. I won't take it back there to be cleaned. I don't recommend her services as you may not get the same Elaine you got at a different appointment. Super disappointed.
