Like other clientele stated, we found that Ana Orozco has treated us as valued clients in all our interactions. As a case in point, during the 2020 fire summer season, Ana unexpectedly contacted our household to advise us of the changing red zone / evacuation lines in nearby zip codes which was hugely surprising, but which we found to ultimately be, caring and pro-active. Moreover, in 2021 when State Farm's corporation rolled out policy & pricing changes, she did a Zoom conference call with us, to walk through the changes & to review ways to alter our policy for savings. Her staff members form her great support team. Veronica, Maria, & Jackie have assisted us in various capacities. Each have proven helpful in a clinch, whether forwarding key policy change requests, taking over the phone payments, booking appointments, or communicating essentials. For example, in Spring 2021, I contacted the front office to advise them of our pending car purchase (within 24hours). All details were passed along to Ana & on the next day of purchase, our new State Farm auto insurance policy was queued up, ready to go. This particular State Farm brokerage firm & staff continue to represent positive client experiences.

After my longtime agent retired, I was temporarily placed with Anita's State Farm office. Honestly,…read moreafter just one phone interaction with her team, I already felt comfortable. That one call was enough for me to decide to permanently stay with them. Once I made that decision, Anita personally invited me into her office to meet her as a new client. She was warm, inviting, and full of personality. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does and cares about the people she serves. She introduced me to everyone in the office, and the entire team was friendly and welcoming. It felt like I had known them for years. I'm so happy I made the switch and look forward to being a client here for a long time. Highly recommend Anita and her team.

I've been coming to Xavier at New Bay for about 3 years now, originally at the recommendation of my…read morefamily. My parents have been longtime clients of Ponciano, and after my sister had a great first experience here too, I decided to give New Bay a try. My first visit was during peak tax season--midday, packed waiting area, probably around 20 people. It's first come, first served, and a lot of people were clearly regulars waiting for specific members of the Alvarez family. I went in without an appointment and figured I'd take whoever was available. Ad much as I procrastinated, I knew it was too late to be picky but trusted whoever I ended up with would be fine. I ended up with Xavier, and I've stuck with him ever since. From the start, the process was smooth, efficient, and surprisingly stress-free. He's easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and takes the time to answer questions and explain things clearly--which is huge, since most of us were never really taught much about taxes. I also appreciate supporting a local family business, especially as someone born and raised in San Jose. Now, every year, I just text Xavier, check his schedule, and plan to come in when he's available. I don't see myself going anywhere else as long as he's there. Highly recommend!

If I could give one hundred negative stars I would. I contacted Dora's office last week for an…read moreinsurance quote. At the beginning, she seemed very professional and pleasant to work with. Over the next couple of days, we played phone tag and we weren't able to connect because I run a restaurant, and the end of the week/weekend is the busiest for us. Finally, today I was able to send her the credit card information she needed to purchase the policy, and I expected nothing else after that, but to get my insurance coverage finalized. After a few hours of having sent the information, she emailed me to say that the card was declined and I figured I had given her the wrong zip code. After asking her to confirm the zip code, she then responded "please provide me with the full address and be sure it is the correct one. So I don't have waste your time and my time". Instead of responding to her email I asked her to call me at which point she did. When I picked up, I told her that as a business owner I would never speak to a customer like that, and she responded by saying that she had been trying to contact me. When I told her I run a business and that it was rude the way she addressed me, she simply hung up the phone. After being cut off, I dialed her back and she let it ring and ring then emailed me while I was still on the phone waiting for her to pick up and said, "sorry Isabella, I'm on the line". Firstly, as a business owner, I would never see an interaction like this as a waste of my time. Secondly, I would never speak to anyone the way this lady did. Luckily, I was able to find another broker who was able to get me the same exact quote for $500 less, which now makes me wonder how legitimate this woman's insurance agency is.
