My elderly parents waited for over 1 1/2 hours for someone to tow them, nobody called them, nobody…read moretold them how long the wait would be - nothing . I called to find out what was going on. THIS PLACE WAS A CIRCUS and the 2 clowns leading the others were JJ and ELI. They were acting like this was their first day on earth! Their response to why is it taking over an hour " well each truck has to do 3 tows- that's why we keep accepting more requests." Their best solution was for my parents to leave their car and walk home if they need to. (My parents are 72 and 70 years old and they live 13 miles away from where they were stranded. When I told them that their response was " well, we can cancel it if you'd like." NO WHAT I WOULD 'VE LIKED FOR YOU TO DO IS TELL US IT'S GOING TO BE AN HOUR AND A HALF WAIT! AND TELL US TO CALL SOMEONE ELSE THE FIRST TIME WE CALLED NOT WHEN WE'RE CALLING TO SEE WHERE THE HELL YOU'RE AT. They know their service is SH@T thats why they refuse to give out the owners phone number or email. This is a MISERABLE money hungry business - I would stay away because if the aforementioned solutions are the best they have -- no wonder they have a majority of 1 starts!!

They made the window waterproof until the new replacement was delivered two days later. They were able to come to my place of work to install the new window. Not having had to replace a door window, I was unsure of the cost; however, the amount charged seemed very reasonable to me, especially given the quick service. I would highly recommend AA Glas Mechanic.

A-1 Auto Glass did a great job installing a new windshield for my SUV. I had shopped around before…read moremaking an appointment with them. Not only was A-1 Auto Glass responsive to my messages, but their quote was significantly less expensive (less than their competition even after they offered me a $50 discount to hurry and book with them). A-1 Auto Glass delivers. You can either book an appointment to have your auto glass installed at their place, or they will conveniently come to you for a small additional fee. I took my car to them, and they had it done in 30 minutes. The man at the counter was friendly and helpful. Their waiting room is comfortable. If you go to them, be aware that while the address says McColl Road, the address has two rows of buildings, and A-1 Auto Glass is located on the one in the back, not facing McColl. From McColl, you will need to turn east onto E Beech or E Cedar Ave. then turn into the complex, the back (east) side of the second row. Each row has several businesses. When you reach A-1 Auto Glass the sign is quite visible and clear. I highly recommend A-1 Auto Glass!

As a female customer, I've unfortunately had less-than-great experiences elsewhere, so this felt almost surreal in the best way. They walked me through what my car needed, answered every question without condescension, and made sure I felt comfortable with the plan before starting any work. Pricing was fair, turnaround was quick, and the whole process felt smooth and honest. It's rare to find a place that makes you feel both heard and taken care of. Highly recommend.

When I first took my car in, they said it was free diagnostic check and they would let me decide whether I wanted to proceed to repairs. After they kept my car for four days, I decided against the repairs and picked up my car. To my surprise, they said I owed them over $400!!!! I told them I was told the diagnostic check was complimentary, but they demanded I pay that, so I paid it. I took my car elsewhere and with parts and labor, I paid $700.
