    The staff was wonderful. The repair tech, Marco, knew exactly what he was doing. I would definitely recommend them! gracias!

    My parents had the misfortune of dealing with this company. My father fell and broke his hip,…read morerequired a hip replacement and obviously needed a wheelchair during this rehab. They brought out a wheelchair out but one of the footrests broke. They called the company to request someone come and help them fix it. My mom had to call three times before the company sent someone, Roberto, to fix it. He finally came out and supposedly fixed it, but they soon discovered it was not properly repaired. Everytime my mother would call the response would be "we're have to talk to the driver" and "we'll call you back." Unfortunately, they were never called back. I came to visit and was present when my mom called they once again, completely dismissed her and said they didn't know where Roberto was, were unsure of whether he would be in today. Nice. Quite helpful. I then called and got the exact same runaround by the person who answered the phone. I requested to talk to a manager. The manager also isn't in and she was unsure of whether he would be in. Interesting business model they have here. The one person who can do something to actually help the situation is not there, unreachable and know one seems to know when and where he will mysteriously appear. My Mom can't go anywhere because Roberto might unexpectedly show up. The last thing Maria (the lady who answers the phone) said to me was that he would call me back. I doubt this will happen. Unbelievable bad customer service. Wow, no idea how this place has stayed in business treating people who desperately need help with such disrespect and lack of professionalism. If you have another option in medical equipment, I urge you to look elsewhere. This business is a sham.
