When we did this they only then started asking us for additional documents and wanted us to reformat all profits and losses within their specific document formats despite us already providing these 4 weeks prior in our own format. I love that he has a secured file portal to keep all sensitive documents private and offers quarterly calls after tax filing is complete throughout the calendar year (this is included in the flat rate for filing).
