Just Roses (two…read moreblocks away) guaranteed me , in person, they would have the pre-paid flower arrangements delivered to the hotel by 2:30 pm so they could be placed in our room prior to our arrival at 3:00 pm. They never delivered the flower, nor did they return my phone calls. Very disappointed, it was a big letdown for such an important occasion. If Just Roses had some unforeseen issue, they could of at least notified me or made arrangements for one of their fellow florist shop to complete the order.

Requested a particular stem be included. The delivery came in with poor quality for that item (not the florist's fault) so they called me to suggest a substitution. I asked them to make the arrangement "wow" and they absolutely delivered. Recipient was thrilled. Highly recommend.
