We were told that would not be a problem because it only takes 9 months to complete their houses. In Aug 25 we were assured everything was on time even though we could see that things seemed very behind. Luckily we extended our lease because the house was done by the end of Sept. There were multiple mistakes that we caught by us and had to be fixed. We were rushed to make selections in Nov 24 and then were told in June 25 that our siding was discontinued and we had to pick a new one. We were told our backyard would be mostly flat with maybe a few tweaks needed. This is not the case and we have no flat parts of our yard and had to hire a landscaping company to fix the drainage and flatten the yard for a swing set that we told them that was our plan from the beginning. We have contacted Mulberry about this because it should have been under warranty and we never received a reply. After moving in we noticed our grinder in the backyard was leaking. We brought this up with Mulberry at the 60 day checklist and still had to follow up multiple times and call the plumbing company ourselves and it was not fixed until Feb 2026. Overall a very stressful situation and felt like we were having to micromanage the project just to get things corrected. Every time we raise a concern we get told they are just so busy and to contact them to further to discuss but they never respond to those emails and correspondence.
