Because I was not able to view the exact items I had in mind, the staff was very helpful in showing me similar courts in the brand Cambria outlet, which my contractor has recommended. There were some samples inside, but Giovy was kind enough to show me around outside as well, so I can view full slabs. They were getting ready for installation. We did some research, decided on quartz, and then contacted several companies to get estimates. 101 Countertops was responsive right away and Brenda came out within the week to do some preliminary measurements, see the kitchen space, and answer questions. We were impressed and made arrangements to visit the physical store location where we selected our countertops, sink and tile for the backsplash from the samples available. The faucet we purchased ourselves at Lowe's. They work closely with another business (Balmori's Remodeling) for the actual tile work so we received a separate estimate for that. There were a couple unavoidable delays getting started but it was well worth the wait. They communicated with my spouse (since he works at home) via text, email and phone. The work took a couple days for the countertops and a couple days the following week for the tile. We are so pleased with the result! I included some pictures and would recommend them to someone wanting to do a similar project.

The project was estimated to take 7-10 days and my floor was finished by the end of the second day. The two installers were above and beyond what anyone could wish for. Their workmanship is fantastic and what any employer could hope for. I ended up changing from a dark floor to a medium and was very unsure, but I couldn't be happier with the results.
