The performer did not provide the service that was booked. Instead, she told the stag to remove his top, made him bark like a dog, slapped him on the face and backside, and put a dildo in his mouth. The entire "show" lasted around 8 minutes and was nothing like what was promised. This was extremely disappointing and embarrassing for everyone involved. We paid for a professional stag party entertainment service and did not receive what we were led to expect. To make matters worse, we have been unable to contact the company to resolve the issue, as the number provided (0862002000) does not appear to be working. I would strongly advise others not to book with this company. We also have a hen party booking scheduled for August, which will now be cancelled. I'm absolutely disgusted and disappointed by the whole experience. A special occasion was ruined, and unfortunately, it cannot be undone.

The first two are Club Lapello and The Barclay Club, who are owned by the same company while this one, as I understand it, is independent. Which should be a warning flag in of itself. Secondly, it's located in neighbourhood that looks ok, but it's in the basement of a building, and when you first come in the room looks pretty nice. But the girls look really bored on their phones and disinterest in almost everything. God help you though if you have to go to the bathroom. The floor tiles haven't been cleaned for years and the toilets have thick shit stains inside of them, making me wonder how much time a toilet has to be left like this for a shit stain to become this thick. Thirdly, the girls you take for a dance is like playing Russian roulette. I spoke to the manager about her behaviour and he had the nerve to laugh it off and tell me not to worry about it, because she was drunk. Which A. I can assure you she was not and B. Even if she was, it does not excuse this kind of behaviour. Why does it matter that I am paying more attention to one girl than the other, if I have paid for both of them? At the end of the day, she is getting paid, so this silicone filled barbie with plastic lips has absolutely no right to treat me, a paying customer like this. So for god's sake go to this place. The girls can treat like you like an absolute shit and get away with it because the manager is a spineless buffoon. Stay away.
