So we came to the Sealight with a group of 4 of us and got 2 room. We got the ulta inclusive…read morepackage which basically included everything except the premium liquor and the restaurants in the resort. Ill break down the rest of the resort into rooms, food, service, and activities.
The Rooms: The rooms we had were very nice, they had jacuzzi tubs in the bathrooms and they all had flat screens air conditioning and from what i can tell normal lighting and "mood" lighting. There was also the standard room safe and a mini fridge. The only drawback about the room was that you needed to put your keycard in a slot to turn the power on in the room. Which is fine, when you in the room but if you take your keys you cant charge your electronics. We solved this by just asking for another key card.
Food: The normal dinner area Served breakfast, lunch, dinner and midnight snack.
Breakfast consisted of cheeses, olives, preserves, cereal, eggs, pancakes, then a few things that varied each morning. For lunch it was an array of different turkish food and then usually something like french fries and chicken nuggets for the less adventurous. For dinner you had the choice of going back to the dining area or going to one of the 4 restaurants at the resort. The dinner food is good but we went to their kabob house one of the nights to change things up. The food there was amazing. We had about 5 different types of kabobs. They said it as ala cart but i think they just mean they charge your room for it, because there was no menu and they just served you. There was also dessert served with lunch and dinner and at the restaurant we tried. As well as a Dondurma and turkish pastry shop which was awesome to just get when you wanted. Outside by the pool during the day they had a grill with the one bar that was open after lunch before dinner. The food there was generic, but the meat, and the cheese pitas were great.
Service: The service here was really great. I think we dealt with probably around 25-30 people between waiters, baristas, bartenders, activities people and concierge. One waiter had an attitude that we were American. We just noted and sat in different sections after that. The other staff either didnt care or were very excited we were american and were very friendly. The activities people really tried hard and if you drink got low they either brought you another or just asked you. The man behind the front desk was great in setting us up a taxi on one of the days we left the resort. We asked him the best way to get to where we wanted to go and he set up the taxi and worked us a deal so our 360 TL cab ride only cost use 140TL.
For activities there is a massive pool, an indoor pool, a turkish bath, a steam room, 2 saunas, a game room a work out room, and out door activities. This is all included in the stay. One of the activities i did was their archery, which was fun. A group of about 7 of us went up there and took a practice set of shots then a did a set for points. I ended up sharking the crowed when i took a horrible shot the wobbles tremendously that miraculously happen to find its way into the bullseye. According the the the activities people i won a trip to Iran. All expenses paid, i opt to not cash that one in. They also had a massage parlor. I ended up getting a hot stone massage which was great, you paid for the massages but they were worth it and rather inexpensive. The only part i wasn't expecting was when she put the hot stone on my glutes which was a surprise to say the least.
All in all if i came back to Turkey and i happened to be in the area i would definitely come back here
