It was late afternoon on a Friday when I called them to see if they could come out anytime in the near future (I wasn't expecting a miracle on a Friday afternoon... And did I mention that I live out in the boondocks?? 30 minute drive, one way to be exact). The nice young gentleman that answered the phone didn't skip a beat and said he was on his way to see what was wrong with my well. He did some troubleshooting and found the problem in minutes! He showed me what was wrong, how he could fix it and roughly what it would cost. In less than 20 minutes I had running water and everything was working wonderfully! He even gave me a quick rundown on other ways that I could improve the reliability of my well! They have absolutely AMAZING service, a wonderful staff and they don't charge an arm and a leg either! They have ALL of future business.

He spent probably 45 mins with us and was patient about helping answer our questions. He can seem gruff but I didn't take it as rude, just a down to earth, no none sense personality. He can't be all bad after all, his little dog was there and was so lovable and I afraid of people and him so that tells me loads. We were able to try the units out in front of him so he could tell us proper inhalation with the units and how to use them and charge them correctly. I've not been in other vape shops but this man was awesome and his shop is full of juices and units of all types. I would recommend this shop and the experience of the owner to anyone!
