Birthday bouquet gone wrong. Ordered a bouquet online and it fell way short of expectation. When i contacted Gloria at unique florists she gave me the excuse that the photos posted on her website only show one side of a bouquet, so the crap she sent out was missing at least 1/2 of the flowers in the bouquet. When I followed up with her, she has yet to respond to fix this issue. If you cant expect to receive the flowers in the photo, which is how you base your decision, to purchase what is on the website, I believe it is false advertising. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. read more

Good service and communicative. They were open during COVID-19, pick-up only, which allowed me to still get flowers for a special occasion. They have an antiquated online payment system though, but other than this it's all good. read more

Not living in Regina, we went online to order flowers for a birthday surprise. We ordered the deluxe cotton candy arrangement. First thing that disappointed me about this florist, is they called informing the person getting the arrangement about it when it was to be a surprise. We would not have made the purchase and paid for delivery if they were not going to be home. So, thank you for ruining that. Now comes to the good part. We were sent a picture of what was sent. Are you freaking kidding me????? WOW!!!! No where near what we ordered!!!! I called the florist and right away very defensive and kept interrupting. Did not offer to do nothing. I had to email her with the picture if what I ordered and what was sent. Whoa, wait here, you stated you were the one who did the arrangement and followed a list. But yet still wanted the picture. Ok, no problem. Sent the email. Was told I would receive a phone call the next morning. No call came through. I had to call Gloria at the shop. Well, after her interrupting a million times and listening to all the excuses from she followed a list or that's how the website works by deceiving people with pictures blah blah blah, the conversation was going no where. Did not really want to do anything about it. Besides the day was over. Will never deal with this shop again. Paid nearly $90.00 for 5 roses a couple carnations and a few white flowers. Nov 1, 2016 I spoke with Gloria who apologized for this lack of customer service. She assured me that this was a one off situation and asked me to call her personally for any other orders I have. I will definitely call Gloria as she genuinely cares about her customers and wants to make things right. Thank you October 28, 2016 (I was very annoyed with the service I received over the phone. The person I talked to sounded as though she was in a rush and kept on interrupting me when I would say something. I was ordering for co-workers whos relatives had passed but I couldn't imagine if I was the person who had lost someone. Definitely no sympathy. Terrible customer service! I ordered a bouquet to surprise my sister on her birthday. They contacted my sister (recipient) instead of me (sender) to verify the address!!! So the surprise was ruined. When I contacted them to give them my feedback, the lady who picked up the phone was very rude. Interrupted me several times while I was talking until I told her she needed to stop interrupting me! I simply started with saying this is just a feedback but she didn't wanna hear what I had to say and kept disagreeing with me.
