I called Astronomically Affordable Assistance to see if i could get some help with someone to cut my grass, help me pick up some od the wood and reorganize the back yard for a better sitting area for guest to come and go. I had a young man named Merles that came to my house and cleaned up for me. I told him what i wanted done to the yard and he was very respectful. The charges for this service was so affordable. They scheduled several dates with me over the following three months, and failed to show up nearly each time. I eventually got a better estimate with another company. Bark Tree and Land said they wanted to keep my business, and agreed to match the newer estimate, they also agreed to cut down two dead limbs from another tree that hangs over my property. In the end, they did not fully remove the tree, they did not remove the two dead limbs, they charged me more than they agreed, they broke my concrete steps, and I have no way of finding them to serve small claims papers. Do NOT use this company. I'm attaching an image of the tree that they claim to have removed. I'm having to hire another company to finish they job that Bark Tree and Land failed to do.
