But most importantly is that the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. These guys know automotive and products. Who you hire shows through instantly and this store has done a good job. Don't expect someone behind the counter who can only look up parts they sell on a computer screen. These guys actually have turned a wrench/ nut in their lives. They have an idea how things are engineered and go together. they also seem to know the products they sell not just what they have but also what works best and what is garbage. They are willing to pass on that information even if what they are selling isn't that great. I feel respected here.
