She stated over the phone that she is allowed to be angry because that's who she is. Was informed there is a history of former employees who have had nothing but terrible experiences with her.

She told us how much the arrangements started and we ordered above. After the funeral we looked to see how our flowers turned out, I have never been as embarrassed as I was then. We ordered $50 and what we got for that was a dozen weak looking Daisies!! One very small green sprig, in a standard vase with a basic ribbon bow. When my family was splitting up flowers to take ours were left! I asked specific questions when I ordered and none of the answers matched to what we saw. Awful, we loved our uncle very much and it looked like we went to the grocery store for $9.99!
