When I called before my daughter had her permit to find out information on pricing and how far out I would need to be booking lessons, things of that nature, etc., the owner was incredibly short with me, rude, and spoke over me because when he asked if she had her permit yet, I said no. But, I was trying to get all of the information prior to that so I could plan and make my decisions on what would be best and how to budget for it . He just completely dismissed me.

I enrolled at Roadmaster Drivers School expecting a professional learning environment and a…read morepositive training experience. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. During my enrollment, I experienced conduct by a school employee that I believed crossed professional boundaries and made me uncomfortable continuing in the program. As a result, I ultimately withdrew from the school. Afterward, I made repeated good-faith efforts to resolve the matter directly with the school. I communicated with management, participated in a formal demand process, and provided a detailed written statement when additional information was requested. Despite those efforts, I have yet to receive a meaningful resolution. I am sharing this review because I believe prospective students should know that, in my experience, resolving serious concerns after they arise has been extremely difficult. I remain willing to resolve this matter professionally and hope the company will engage in a constructive dialogue.

I feel very bad for the children at this daycare. The staff say they are educated in early…read morechildhood education but they do NOT present that in the classrooms. First of, the rooms themselves are very unorganized and cluttered. The floors are always dirty. They have multiple children with special needs in the classrooms who they don't get assistance for. They mix 4 year olds with the 1 and 2 year olds. They are consistently out of ratio. They DO NOT bring the children outside on the play ground or for walks. They are stuck in that one room all day long. And then they wonder why they have such behavioral issues with the kids?! I have caught the staff in multiple lies between teachers and the directors/owners. Overall, these people promised us the world when we enrolled our child and didnt end up meeting any of those expectations. They were given directions by our childs Occupational Therapist on how to help him and they NEVER followed any of them. I would never EVER recommend this center to anyone, not even for a day! Terrible staff and idiot director/owners!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Do not send your kids there. They do not engage well on a…read morechild or parent level at all. We engaged this establishment when we wanted to finally send our 2 year old to day care for the first time. Everything seemed so wonderful. Had to take a virtual tour because of the times and were able to meet the teacher ahead of time. Everything was great, however, looks were very deceiving. We dropped our child off for her first day. We knew it was going to be difficult for her because it was the first time away from the ones she knows and loves. We expected to see that. Here were the problems. Upon first day we were not given all the information and signup information for the apps they use and they belittled us like we should have known how to use them ahead of time. My daughter cried and was upset for a little over an hour. Again, to be expected. She was never happy or settled the whole morning. They provide a camera to check in on your child which is awesome to see them. But then you get to see what is going on as well. We never saw a teacher or administrator help our child become acclimated. Typically someone would get on the child's level so they could look eye to eye. What happened was she sat in a chair by herself all morning. The one time a teacher went over to her she handed her the picture book we put together for her to see her loved ones. Did the teacher open it and engage. No! The placed the book down in front of her and walked away. Again we can see this all through their camera system. We saw the blonde haired teacher sitting on a table not even in a chair next to our daughter to help out. Even saw her on her phone instead of tending to the children. They only had 6 kids including our daughter that day so it is not like they were overwhelmed. We get they cannot spend the whole time with her but they should be able to assist her instead of leaving her sit by herself for hours. But wait, it gets better. It took them until after 12 pm to change our child's diaper for the first time. It even says so in the report they sent us at the end of the day. It took them over 4 hours for them to check her diaper! We watched as they provided her lunch and they didn't try to help her eat they just kind of left it there. At the end of the day they sent us a report advising that our kid engaged in all of these types of activities throughout the day and she napped well from 1-3pm. Hmmmm, we picked our child up at 1230 and we could see her sitting in the chair or standing by the door all morning. Please advise how she engaged? My wife engaged the owner on the second day and he wanted nothing to do with her and told her would call her to discuss her concerns instead of trying to address them. Never apologized for the horrible experience or any sentiments. The director, which we spoke to over the phone multiple times, was there at drop off as well. She saw my wife when she got out of the car and ran inside to afraid to confront us to discuss the prior days activities. Long story short, do no send your children here. They do not value you and they consider you just a number. The owner does not want to accept any accountability. The transition should have been smoother than it was. I have spoken to multiple individuals who have or do work in field and this is completely unacceptable on all fronts.

Once one of the teachers was removed, my son began to act out. We noticed when given a snack, my son had less problems. Every time he was sent home, they hadn't given him a snack. After two incidents in a row, instead of attempting to address any concerns, they dismissed my son removing him from friends he made and creating a great deal of trauma. The owner, Sean, was dismissive, rude, unhelpful and didn't care that this is a four year old child whose life was affected negatively. He has no business representing himself as a day care owner and should stick with declaring himself a profit monger.

WOW! I cannot say enough about Mathnasium! Our problems began when my son was moved to advanced…read moremath in 5th grade and skipped over some important skills. As he kept getting promoted the next few years, he actually kept falling further and further behind. He was really struggling and we could not figure out what was going on. Teachers told us everything was fine; he'll catch up eventually. But he didn't and as a result he lost all self confidence in himself, was frustrated, upset, ashamed and begging for help. He told me he felt like a failure and it crushed me. We were desperate for a solution but didn't know where to turn. We had felt we had exhausted all normal routes of teacher and school resources. On a holiday outing we passed Mathnasium and it sparked our curiosity. After literally one week of attending, I began to notice changes in my son. His self confidence was coming back and he didn't shy away from his work. It's now been about a month and WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! His grades have gone from failing/barely passing to making high B's and A's! He has so much more comprehension of what he is doing and his anxiety level has dropped. He actually looks forward to his Mathnasium sessions and comes out of them with a smile on his face. He told me: "I'm so much calmer in class and actually understand more of what's going on. I don't panic anymore because I know I have a place to go to where I can get my questions answered without feeling embarrassed." As a parent, it just overwhelms me with gratitude to see the turnaround and his positive outlook. Casey and the staff are so patient, kind and welcoming. They have been able to make a learning connection and promote a new way of thinking that works for him. He nows says: "I can" instead of "I can't" and that makes all things possible! I can never sing Mathnasium's praises enough. You have literally changed my child's life! Thank you so much!
