Father day and son day . It says 45 dollars . I told barber me and my son . Soon as my son done the barber lets someone else takes my turn . Then tells me I can wait . Totally wrong I wasn't planning to wait so I took another barber Richard for 45 for him only did great job . The other then charges me 30 . Paid him when should have been 20 . I didn't realize to I left that he over charge me . Awful experience . read more

Not enough stars to give this local business! After about a year or searching for a barber in the area I finally stumbled upon Unique Cutz via Yelp. I called to make an appointment last minute and spoke to JR, right off the bat he was understanding, he asked what I was looking for and told me to go by the shop. I was about 10 minutes away. Got to the shop which has a-lot of parking right in-front. I was greeted by JR at the front door, he walked me in and sat me right down in his chair, asked what I was looking for and made sure to ask follow up Questions. Very friendly guy and professional demeanor, we chatted while he was cutting my hair, he made sure and explain to me what he was doing and even made a few suggestions on how to get a great looking cut. I'm originally from NY so a crisp clean cut with a good fade is what I'm used to. After JR was finished he showed me the look and asked if there was anything I would like him to adjust. I had him make a minor adjustment which he easily made. When it was all done with I was beyond satisfied with the results, searching for over a year now for a Barber and I can say in confidence I've found my guy! Thank JR for an awesome job! Wow is all I can say. Have had my long hair for quite a while and I didn't have a clue where to get a barber..Google helped out and took me here. walked in got greeted instantly by Jason (the owner) and immediately was hooked up with jhoan. He did a phenomenal job with me leaving the choice of style in his hands. So patient and took his time no rush at all... Just moved down to Florida, and I am simply amazed with Unique Cutz, specially Jason (which now I have the pleasure of calling my barber). Extremely polite, nice and professional, he got me an appointment on the same day due to an event that came up last minute, his smile was contagious and I felt welcomed not only by him, but everyone else in there while I was getting by hair and beard done. I went in today to give them a try. The reviews on yelp were very good and according to the website they took credit cards. Oscar cut my hair and took his time. Mabe too long, but it looked good when I left. When I handed him my credit card he said they do not take cards. There was a Master Card Visa logo sticker on the mirror across from his station plus a logo for Square. He asked one of the other Barbers if he could run my card. His reply was there is an ATM next store. I was not very happy at this point and spent the 3 dollar fee to get them cash. I tipped the barber 5 dollars and left. This is 2019. When the Girl Scouts came to my house to sell cookies they took credit cards. I never carry cash. If I wanted to pay cash I would have gone to my bank and not had to pay a 3 dollar fee. Anyone can accept credit cards on their phone. I hope the owner of this business reads this. In this day and age there's e is no reason not to take credit cards read more

I visit Unique Cutz for their Loc stylist Loriane. She is amazing. I've had my locs for 5 years now and I've been going to her for about 4 years. Loriane takes amazing care of my hair, I've recommended all my friends to her and they all love her. She is gentle on locs are ensures proper treatment to make sure locs remain healthy and beautiful. I own a Hair Salon not to far from Unique Cutz, unfortunately we have no barber at my Salon. I wanted to get a fade, which was something new to me. Been in the Hair business a long time and have heard and seen that some barbers just don't want to do women clients. A few weeks ago I sent my daughter to Unique Cutz for my grandsons first haircut. And she told me that they had a few women operators there, so after years of sending clients there that we weren't able to service, I figured, lemme try it out. I checked out their Facebook page to find out the names of the female barbers, and choose Ceelo. Called and made an appointment. I showed up and was greeted by the owner, and sat and waited for Ceelo. When it was my turn, she focused on me and what I had to say, and I showed her some pictures of what I was looking for, and she patiently listened and gave her input, so we decided on what to do, and she went at it.......she spent an hour making sure it was perfect and that I was happy, and then said $18.00....... With that I was thinking.....what....only 18 bucks.....she just spent an hour and did a perfect job, she deserves more than that. Anyway, needless to say, I am very happy with my cut and the shop. My son and I came to this place after walking out of another barber shop because of the lack of customer service there. One thing I hate is when barber shops only cater to their "regulars" and treat the visitors like whatever. That's always a solid NO for me.
