I do not recommend Greene County Plumbing Solutions…read more I hired them to locate my underground septic system so I could dig safely in my backyard. Tyler quoted $250 over the phone for locating the waste pipes, septic tank, and drain field. Four technicians arrived and appeared disorganized and unsure of their approach. They attempted to locate the system using a soil probe and a sewer camera with a depth locator. The camera advanced less than 30 feet into my drain field before they claimed there was an obstruction. They marked that location on the ground with spray paint. I was then charged $300, despite the original quote. A few days later, I dug exactly where they marked and found nothing--no pipe, no box, no septic component. I excavated a large hole nearly two feet deep and confirmed their markings were incorrect. When I contacted Tyler, he offered excuses about equipment accuracy and scope of work, but did not offer to return or correct the mistake. Given that my septic system is functioning normally and was pumped just three months ago, I strongly question their diagnosis. Worse, they charged more than quoted despite failing to provide accurate results. My recommendation: find another plumbing contractor!

When this company says they will tackle even the dirty jobs, they mean it. We're redoing a house…read morethat hasn't had anything done in years. Everthing leaked, broke, or simply didn't work. What started as a water heater replacement turned into a day-long remediation of nearly every single plumbing fixture. Daniel went above and beyond to ensure things would not leak, break, or fail. He advised measures to make sure this nightmare could be avoided in the future. He implemented those just to make life easier and updated. Although he likely anticipated only a couple of hours' work, he stayed all day to finish everything. His prices are reasonable and I'm glad I trusted him with the mountain of projects. Thank you!

DON'T USE THIS PLUMBING SERVICE!! To make a long story…read moreshort, Rick sent Josh to do a job in the beginning of December. It's the middle of March now and still haven't heard back from Rick. We paid 5,200 dollars. Something wasn't right and water was backing up in the sink now. The ground has been very dry for weeks and the water still won't drain properly. Rick never came by to see what went wrong and won't return any calls. This speaks volumes! He does NOT guarantee his work or the guy he sends out. If it's something he can't handle fixing then he will ignore you. This is the attitude of a back yard plumber not a professional. I will retract this review if Rick ever does decide to come and see what Josh did or didn't do that caused the problem of water backing up into our kitchen sink now. I have a feeling Rick just doesn't care!! So if you still see this review then go with another plumber.

Chris's office called to inform me the materials that came were damaged and would have to be reordered. After that I called for updates several times over months.
