Ryan isn't always the smiliest guy (he'll crack a smile here and there), but he is quick, efficient and informed. To his credit, he deals with the fact that I'm always rolling in late to do my taxes every year, whether I was living 5 mins or now 30 mins away. I called on Thursday and he fit me in today at 11.
