Their so called warranty says that if it dies within 6-months that we get it replaced with 1/2 of the cost and no labor refunded. We had no idea they were selling us a sick tree and had heard good things about them, but I'm here to tell you to beware! We have contacted them numerous times, but they won't call us back. So, with labor, we are out about $500 or more with a dead tree to dig out!
