Even though it was a busy Saturday and the weather outside was beautiful, Zinnani went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. They were not only friendly and warm, but also took the time to explain the different tanning bed and booth options to me--something that's often overlooked. I've honestly felt uneasy in the past using the black card facilities close to closing time, worried that I might be inconveniencing the staff or causing a problem. But tonight was different. Zinnani made me feel seen and respected. There was no rush, no discomfort--just a positive, relaxed vibe. That meant more to me than they probably realize. I'm writing this review because too often, people are quick to report the negatives and forget to celebrate the good. Zinnani deserves the recognition, and so does the rest of the team who was working THIS specific evening. Thank you all for creating such a safe, kind space. I've been going through a lot lately--losing my mom this year, my sister two years ago, and currently helping my elderly father care for my sister with special needs, all while taking care of my own family. I was doing sudoku, before running a simulated trail, and watching 20 clear channels of cable. Oh, and it's got Netflix! "Overly crowded!" Emilson charges $115 for a family membership - that's up to five people in a single household. They've got indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna and a steam room, a spin studio, basketball and volleyball drop-ins, free group exercise programs, FREE BABYSITTING, a decent snack bar, a friggin' Sky Trail (think a four-story vertical obstacle course on a track), and more. These sort of amenities make for a huge draw, and subsequently, peak hour crowds. "Someone was putting mascara on in the bathroom." What can I say? Saturdays get crazy for me. It's no Equinox in amenities or exclusivity, but it's near perfect for us.

There's always trash in the cup holder in the cardio section. Locker rooms are subpar and the steam/sauna again does not seem sanitary. Would be ideal to get new equipment but I understand it's a small business. Hopefully there's some improvement planned in the future, but convenient otherwise and always enough cardio equipment despite rush hour times.

I get the posted signs and would happily comply but let's be consistent and recognize that the food concessions offered cannot keep up with the demand which means we need to go elsewhere to get our kids fed. Always mixing it up. It's 45 minutes in length which is great for someone like me (mom on the go) but those 45 minutes you are working your entire body from head to toe. Whatever the focus is that day, you can feel the burn immediately. Even if something seems difficult you can adjust the machine for intensity levels or make modifications that the instructors will suggest pending your skill level. I will say, it is challenging, but with the right modifications, this is an excellent class for just about anyone. I personally just had a baby at the end of July and it's motivating to see myself getting stronger as time progresses as I've had to move at my own pace and really listen to my body. I love this methodology because I can literally see and feel myself getting stronger. The facility: Always clean. They quickly adjusted during the pandemic with barriers in between the machines which to be honest - stunk! BUT! It allowed us to keep working out with following the state guidelines so I was happy about that. Those are now gone- which makes it feel more welcoming if you ask me. It is important to note- at the present moment, there is not a mask mandate so it is not required to wear a mask, however many people do- but what's nice is that you can do what you are comfortable with. You are responsible for cleaning your machine at the end of each workout and if it makes you feel more comfortable you can clean it ahead of time too! There are only 12 machines so it's a small class which I happen to like. The entire facility is clean. It feels clean. It's bright, and just gets your motivated to be there. The instructors: Just like any place you go to you will find which instructors you like best! I will say, and I haven't had them all, but no matter what time of day you arrive, I've been welcomed with a smile. They are encouraging, motivating, and just a pleasure to spend your time sweating with. Again, I don't know them all but my go-to's are Kalie- she gets me every time with all those high plank core workouts, Lucille- who probably has the best leg-day I've ever had, and Becky who I love waking up with in the mornings at 6am. There are plenty more you just have to find who you love and what time of day works for you. The schedule: 7 days a week. Not open all day. But they have early morning and evening classes M-F. And lots to choose from on the weekends. Cost- I would say check out their webpage it's all on there. It's not the cheapest it's not the most expensive. What I will say, is there is a great intro package for first time clients that includes 3 classes and lots of packages to chose from after that. What I love is all throughout the year they run promotions to save money on packages - so I feel it is well worth it. All in all- if you are looking for something new, or just mixing up your regular routine- give this place a shot! Great people, great playlists, and your body will feel all the hard work you put in for those 45 minutes for days afterwards!

Anyways be ware if this falling apart gym , it's cheap but may not be worth it , equipment is old and bathroom has black mold all over !!!!! I called yesterday and they said, "Sorry, can't be our gym that is charging you, because you are gone from the system." Went in today, "Oh, you're right here, your account is active, no idea who you spoke to last night, sorry'" and then, "Since your account was never canceled, we can't help you. You can cancel now and we can charge you a fee." and "No, can't waive the fee. Nothing we can do for you without cancellation paperwork." But they neglected to cancel me, why would I have paperwork? They get to keep my $1,300.
