I wish I could give these jerks a negative 10 stars. jerks towed my semi from a place I had PERMISSION to park at and then are charging me $1000. They refused to let me go get my truck for over an hour. Absolutely ridiculous price. just scamming people out of money. Wonder if I can sue them for this crap. read more

This company employs drivers that are reckless and not safe. This driver is swerving across lanes, riding bumpers and generally being an a-hole. I can't imagine trusting this company for any service. I wouldn't say they provide quality work when they're out here endangering lives. I also have videos of this driver. I'm going to make a DOT complaint. read more

As someone who works in the emergency road service department for an insurance company, it's not very often you deal with a kind and patient provider. That being said, Daniel from Underwood's is an absolute gem! He was very quick to get to my location on the interstate and load the vehicle onto the truck. He was very pleasant during the entire ride and came prepared. There were some unforeseen circumstances but Daniel handled it like a champ! He was very calm and patient while dealing with me spazzing. All around, it was a sucky Monday but Daniel and Underwood's made it suck a little less! P.S.- Switch lanes when there's a tow truck on the side of the road. Daniel was almost hit several times while helping me today. Don't be a jackass, just move over! read more

This company towed my truck to a repair shop. The driver used my driveway to turn around. It has been raining for weeks and the ground is saturated. He drove off the driveway and sunk about 6 inches for 50 or so feet. He then damaged gouged the bumper of my truck in several places. I called the company to complain and was given the owners number to send pictures of the damage to. After multiple phone calls back to the company and several text messages, the owner still will not respond to me. Never use this place. Very poor business, I highly recommend you find someone else. read more

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!!!! I am from out of town and had an accident off the Interstate. They arrived one minute after police arrived & hooked up my car & the other lady's car without asking, just assuming. My car was still DRIVEABLE but they wanted to make money & bill my insurance. After I told them no thank you, I will drive it 500 feet to the nearest hotel. They were upset with this & when I went to talk to the police they hooked it up AGAIN! I confronted them asking why & they said the police told them to. So I went up to the Police Officer & asked him if that was true & he said no, he had never told underwood's towing to tow me & told them to leave my car alone. (I later found out that this was the OWNER!!) So they finally did. After being in an already vulnerable situation having an accident in a strange city in the rain being a young woman from out of town they felt like vultures & I was their prey. They couldn't even respect my wishes to not touch my car. I like working with people who are respectful & helpful. I ended up using Don's Towing & they were the absolute Best!! They even drove me to my rental company & called me to make sure I got home ok! Thats who I would give my $ to any day of the week! NOT Underwood's towing!! read more

This company wasn't even towing my car and they still inflicted damage to it!!! While towing two damaged USPS vehicles (white vans) out of the parking lot, my car was pushed approximately 3-6 ft from its parked position (with the emergency/parking brake up). Absolutely NO information was left by the driver in any regards as to fixing the damage that he caused nor did he make any attempts to find the owner of the vehicle- I know this because I watched him. After filing a police report I contacted the company at 10:30am the next morning to inform them of what happened, the gentleman that I spoke to said that they would send someone out to look at the car- this was a courtesy to them and should not have been an inconvenience to me. By 6:30pm nobody had shown up and I called again asking to speak to the supervisor and the gentleman that answered said "okay" and continued talking to me. Assuming that he was the man in charge, I informed him that I was not happy and that they needed to take care of this, the gentleman said that he doesn't come in until 5pm and would get someone out to look at the car, I said that if he was the supervisor then he should be the one to show up, he argued with me and said that he couldn't do that and he would get someone to come take pictures of the car. I informed him that I have already taken pictures and that I would email them to him, upon which he gave me the WRONG email address. I am beyond displeased and suggest that ANYONE even considering using this company or calling them should look somewhere else. My vehicle is an older car and I've dealt with towing companies before, all of which have been kind and courteous and none have spoken to me in a manner that they wouldn't have talked to their mothers in. There are better people out there, call them, not Underwood's. read more
