This cute little winery was our first stop from the Chef-Led Hunter Valley Gourmet Food and Wine Day Trip from Sydney.
At this winery we got the opportunity to try their Shiraz, Semillon, Sparkling, and dessert wine (a little of everything). They also had crackers, cheese and olives out for us to try while enjoying our wines. The inside for me felt a little small and cluttered, but we were with a tour group so that's probably why the tasting area felt so full. They also host events called sculpture in the vineyards. Which I thought was cool to see local artist work throughout the property. read more
