This is super handy shop. You may get a lot of things done in here. Need insoles? Got it. Need keys…read morecut? Done. Need something engraved? Just say the phrase. Need to repair you watch? Cheapest shop you can find in city centre. I was looking for 377 watch battery, which costs €1 on eBay. All other shops were asking €10 for a tiny 377 type of battery for my old simple watch that 15 years ago cost me €22. This is insane! Anyway, went through several shops in city centre until I found this helpful simple shop. They sold me battery for €5 without bargaining. I'd say could paid maybe €3-4, but that's fine. They have to to living as well, don't they? As I said, pop in there, if you need anything small done. They do more stuff that I written.

They even sell an assortment of random items like zippo lighters. I'm giving them 4 stars for the great job they did engraving my knives. For about 5 euro each, I had 1/2 dozen knives perfectly engraved in a nice scripture (you can pick from a large assortment of fonts). Major points for doing the engraving while I waited (took less than 20 minutes). I researched a few jewelers and they all wanted 1 to 2 days to do the same type engraving.

I recently needed a lock on my external door rekeyed. I had called loads of places, who either told…read moreme "no one rekeys locks" or "well, we can rekey it, but you'll have to physically bring the lock in". And here I am thinking, "what? You want me to take the lock OFF my front door and bring it in? No sir!" Then amazingly, right as I was about to give up hope, I found these guys after googling for ages. Robbie was super helpful on the phone, asked me to text him photos of the lock, so he knew before coming out if he could rekey the lock or not. He has another job he had to do that day, but said he'd be straight over afterwards. I had to wait a few hours, but that was totally ok, because I was just happy he was coming out the same day. He came out, took the lock out, rekeyed it in 20 minutes. He even did a quick service on the door, oiling up the locking mechanisms and offering to cut me a new key (he said my current key was poorly cut). Super happy with his service, will definitely be using him again!

For example, when I went here to buy a car battery, they tested it out for me and suggested that I just take the car for a half hour run to charge it. They could have easily gave me a new battery and I would have been none the wiser. Fair play to these guys, they are a dying breed. Also, this place has a bigger range of stuff than places twice the size. This place really is an Aladdins cave full of hidden treasures.
