Called the owner/operator and still haven't received a reply. Should they rectify the situation ill amend my review. They are very clean, reasonably priced, have plenty of operational machines so they never get too crowded, and they have very convenient hours. They both have a few large machines to handle bigger loads, including comforters and larger items. There's seating (indoor and outdoor) and t.v.s in both spots. Each one has a bit of advantage: - Doylestown has plenty of free parking in front. - Lambertville has Dexter Pay available allowing you to pay through an app. Best of all, the customer service is fantastic. I had an issue (my error) and the owner contacted me immediately after I left a message and followed through until the issue was resolved. Seriously, one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had! I highly recommend The Laundry Rooms.
