For a main course I had 'Beef with chilli and lemon grass'. One again, I have had this dish a good few times. The dish had a great flavour, which is very important, but I found the meat was scarce and was not of the best quality. Overall, I was satisfied with the food. I guess you have to remember that you get what you pay for, and you really do at Tre Viet with the average main course costing around 7 pounds. Unfortunately, the main courses came with an interval of a few minutes between the four dishes we ordered, the last one coming ten minutes after the first. It was forgivable, but if forgiveness in not in your nature then it might be a problem as they offered no compensation.
