She has always been very helpful and understanding. The place is always kept clean and secure. I live in Roseburg and when i needed a unit there wasn't one to be had in town. I put myself on waiting lists for quite a few as it seemed silly to keep stuff long term in Sutherlin. By the time I started getting calls from closer units I decided to just stay at American. Yes it's a drive when I need to put something in or take something out, but Lisa has been amazing. And great customer service like that in any industry in this day and age is hard to come by.

NO business should call their customers at 2am. Especially,when you are so DRUNK you can barely speak english. Her new office boy says that she is going to make a practice of calling people in the middle of the night. If she would have left a msg on my machine, DURING business hours, I would have happily called her back.
